I absolutely love Priority Honda of Hampton! I had Courtney as my sales person there and she was just awesome, great personality, honest and made it very easy to buy a car there. The patients she has is off the chart with me, she is down to earth and will not push you to buy anything. Best sales person ever. Customer service is fantastic to. Courtney and the rest of the people are incredible. It was so easy to buy from them, Courtney made it happen with ease. Matter of fact: Priority Honda in Hampton VA are wonderful, that we ended up buying two Vehicles from them, thank you Courtney for all the outstanding service you gave us. What a fantastic place to buy a car. Courtney was exceptional.

Over the past 20 years I have dealt with quite a few dealers. I can say without reservation that my experience at Priority Honda was probably the best yet. We came in to drive an Accord Hybrid and left with a CR-V Hybrid Touring. Our salesman (Chris M.) was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, down to earth, and most importantly not pushy. We truly felt that he helped us find what was right for us. Again, excellent job Chris. Even after the purchase, the dealer support has been excellent. I had such a great experience with buying my new car. I didn’t even go in thinking a 2022 Honda Accord was even a possibility but they made it happen under terms I could live with. My sales person was the absolute best. I could tell that he truly loved his job. I would recommend them to everyone.

Austin Helped me get into my new 2022 Honda Civic Sport Touring I’ve been wanted to get for a while. I’m glad I stopped at Priority Honda. I absolutely love the car and it was a no brainer to get another Honda after selling my 2019 Civic. Austin offered me a few choices of new Hondas currently pending arrival at the dealer, which was surprising to me considering the first dealer I visited that day had nothing to offer, nothing available. So for a dealer to have options was very surprising, even more so because they had exactly what I was looking for. I was able to reserve the light blue color one however due to a small delay on that car I decided to go for the amazing gray color when Austin called me to let me know that one had just been unloaded from the truck. I am glad I decided to take the gray one, I love the car, love the color. The wait was very well worth it. Also it was only just over a week of wait. The entire Priority staff was very friendly and welcoming. You guys definitely know how to properly thank your customers, that ending was incredible. I look forward to my car’s first service.

John Figueroa, the finance managers and his entire team were phenomenal to work with. He took his time to get to know myself, my family and our sensitive situation as we were going into a chapter 7 bankruptcy with a record of repossessions on our records. John Figueroa was AMAZING. He was very professional and took the time to let me test drives several cars until I found my perfect match. He made financing EXCEPTIONALLY easy and very clear. Once I was approved and ready to leave, 3 hours total time (including the test drives), he sat with me and made sure I understood every feature in the car AND gave me a tank of gas.
