Prince Honda Dealership in Tifton, Georgia

These people tell you one thing then get another person to tell you another. Patrick or Cody of Prince Honda told me after my master tech warranty went up on my rental, that took 5 months to get a new motor in my car, that to not worry about turning the rental in keep it until my car was fixed. Here we are now and I owe $1800 to Enterprise for my rental. Please explain to me how a college student with a full time job and no family up here is supposed to get around without a rental. Do better Prince. Never again will I buy or recommend this company to anyone

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I went up there almost 2 months ago about the sound issue that seems to be an issue in Honda Pilots. They scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks without listening to me or taking the time to pull up the information to see that had already been done to my vehicle. So I show up to my appt and then they tell me there is nothing they can do until they talk with Honda. They were supposed to call me back that day… a month later, I still have heard nothing and the issue keeps getting worse. Every time I have tried to deal with this place, I have been ignored. I will never in my life buy another vehicle from here!!!

I called at the beginning of last week regarding a particular vehicle. I was gave a appointment on Friday to go an test drive the suv. I live about 45 minutes away from tifton, on the way to test drive I was contacted by Dee Dee to make sure I was still going to be able to make the appointment an of course I told her I was on the way.. when arriving I was told she was gone to gas up the vehicle… about 5 minutes later she shows up but not in the vehicle tht I was there to see??? Why wasn’t I told when she called tht the particular vehicle wasn’t available..Drove all the way there for nothing!!!! She told me tht it may be sold an she would call me on tht Saturday an let me know…it’s Monday still haven’t heard from her??? I’ll just take my business somewhere else!!!! Very dissatisfied ☹️☹️☹️

Need more inventory I want to purchase a car but they can't order it because Honda has no inventory I was told, they sell what ever is sent to them but not what the customer wants

My wife and I bought our Honda Pilot from Prince in October 2019. We were very satisfied with our experience. Trent Ray is the best out there selling vehicles! Go see him if you want a stress free buying experience. I will definitely go back and buy another vehicle someday from Trent. Another plus at Prince is the service team and the great work they do!
