We initially stopped in to Prescott Honda "just to look" at the 2011 GMC Yukon Denali on their lot. Ruth helped us open it up, look at it, and do a test drive in the most helpful and friendly way, answering our questions with absolutely no sales hype or pressure. That Yukon wound up being exactly what we were looking for, and both Ruth and Brett made the entire experience very pleasant and enjoyable – something that I never thought I'd say about buying a vehicle – any vehicle – from a dealer! Having worked at another area dealer in the past, I was fully prepared for the tactics and techniques to "close the deal". None of that happened, all of our questions were answered, and we were treated fairly and with respect throughout the entire transaction. When we picked it up the next morning, the items we had asked about were done and we were driving it in about 15 minutes. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I recommend Ruth and Brett for an out of the ordinary car buying experience!
