Brought my Fiat 500 here because my engine was smoking. I dropped my car off December 9,2022 with Jermaine I was told my car would be ready December 16th. December 16th comes to pick up my car I call to make sure it’s ready no answer. I call the manager multiple times no answer even leave a voicemail no answer. Jermaine contacts me the next day Saturday to let me know my car won’t be ready until Monday. I pick my car up Monday there are leaves all in my car. When I drive off and turn my right blinker it’s out. I will never come back to this dealership. The communication was clearly awful and apparently so is the leadership or the lack there of.

Terrible dealership. The body shop is horrific, terribly managed and dishonest. The GM is as dishonest as the body shop management . No communication and my car was there for 2 months. Always a different excuse as to why it wasn’t ready. The insurance adjuster was always told a different version or blamed for the delays. No one ever knew what was going on. No one returned calls or updated us until we got ugly. Go to Southern Alfa Romero- stay away from Checkered Flag.

Only took a phone call to find out how rude they are. Spoke to a lady whose name was Morgan I think. Terribly rude, if you don't want to help customers why do you even have this job???? Will go to a different dealer to repair my Stelvio. Never calling or going here again.

Bought a new Stelvio, 3 weeks ago (not from them, so maybe that's why they don't seem to care?!? I am trying to have them be my service department so that seems strange). Today, I noticed a trim piece that covers the radar had fallen off. Call them, part is $30, it's going to take 2 days. Not ideal, but whatever. Parts guy was nice enough, said he didn't think it would be covered under warranty but that maybe it would be a good will thing. I transfer over to service to schedule the install and I'm informed it will be 3 days before they can get me in and it's $45 for the install. I ask if they can squeeze it in as it's a 3 week old car and this should be 5 minutes and I already don't want to drive the car with the radar exposed. He tells me they are down 2 advisors and they can't do anything. He's not even really sympathetic that they want to charge me $75 for this. He's like, that's just the way it is with Alpha. It just fell off. There's no indication of it bumping anything or anything else. Got to charge me for the part, whatever, but $45 for labor too for something that I'm pretty sure I'm going to install in 5 minutes... This is REALLY going to make me reconsider any other purchase form Alpha and definitely will have me checking out Southern to see if their service department is any better.

Serviced my car here two times. Chose to drive from Norfolk because Southern is so bad. Very friendly and was done in less than two hours both times

So far they've had my brand new Guilia for 10 days and been unable to replace a simple rim and tire damaged on the trip home from buying the car. They can't seem to GET the parts. What will happen when there's REALLY something wrong? Extremely dissatisfied with this experience. Personally I'll never use THIS location again.
