I recently purchased a 2022 Acura RDX with Aspec package and absolutely love it! My sales personnel, Madison, did everything she possibly could to get me close to a deal I was looking for as well find the exact RDX I wanted. Madison made herself readily available to answer any questions we had. She wanted to find my perfect car and she did. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with Madison and Pohanka Acura. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely return in the future. We even drove 3.5 hours from Pennsylvania to purchase our RDX with Pohanka and Madison after experiencing many flops or poor treatment from dealerships closer to us. You can tell Madison enjoys her job and is successful because she is client focused. She said that she was excited to see how excited I would be with my new vehicle and loves seeing her clients smile; and it was genuine. Madison is extremely knowledgeable on the Acura vehicles and we were very impressed with her overall, as well as our buying experience with Pohanka. 10/10!

This is our second used vehicle we purchased from Pohanka Acura. This time we worked with Madison M. I inquired about Tacoma online and she promptly contacted me to let me know that it was still available. She answered all my questions over text and asked when I could come in, though at no point was she ever pushy to get me through the door and even tried working around our schedule. I decided to schedule a test drive for the next day and she greeted me as soon as I arrived with the truck ready to be shown. We went on a quick test drive and decided to finalize the numbers. I explained I wasn’t interested in any of the extra warranties and needed to get out of there ASAP and she happily obliged and notified the finance manager, Phillip, who was also very helpful. I got to the dealership at 4PM and Madison was putting the tags on the truck at 6PM and handing me the keys to see me off. It was definitely one of the quickest and easiest dealership transactions I’ve ever had. Don’t hesitate to ask for her!

I brought a 2005 TL into Pohanka Acura and enjoyed a great experience. My service advisor Leo Mejia was absolutely the best. I have been dealing with car dealerships and repair shops for over 45 years. Leo is the best service advisor I have ever come across in those 45 years. He is very polite and respectful. He goes over the repairs and there associated costs in great detail. Perhaps the best trait Leo exhibits is he really wants to be helpful to the customer and you feel that strongly. He is a tremendous asset to this dealership. I was having the Timing Belt package installed as well as a Virginia State Inspection. This job takes the better part of a day and before I could even ask, Leo offered a rental car so I would not have to wait hours in the waiting lounge. I was very appreciative. The work on the TL was as usual top of the line. A five star dealership for sure.

I emailed Pohanka about a used 2021 Acura I was interested in and Devin responded right away. After having a bad experience at another dealership, we drove from MD to VA almost 2 hrs. to meet Devin and see the car. It was sitting out front all shined up. He greeted us, we took a test drive, and we came to a deal quickly. Devin and Tim, the Finance Mgr, were very friendly, helpful and professional. Everyone I came in contact with greeted us with a smile. Thanks to Devin, Tim, and to everyone at Pohanka for making this a great experience! I love my car!

Best car buying experience I’ve had in 35 years! Devin, our salesman, was amazingly professional and went above and beyond to get us the deal we wanted and needed. Devin genuinely cared about the customer, which is something not common anymore. We were 5 hours away from the dealership and the deal was made over the phone. I was honestly somewhat concerned about the numbers changing up once we got to the dealership and I made sure to convey that to Devin. He assured me there were no hidden fees. He was a man of his word and the deal was completed to the penny of what we agreed to. Flip, the finance manager, was also very polite and professional in getting all the documents signed and allowing us to be on our way back home in a timely fashion. Overall a 5 star experience top to bottom! Highly recommended dealership.

This Pohanka Acura is a top notch customer service place. Everyone is very helpful from sales to service dept. We purchased 2 new cars within a year at this location and our sales rep Al was pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Al. He knows Acura cars! Shabesh the finance guy is always cheerful, helpful and welcoming every time I see him. Leo is very attentive when I bring my car in for service. Overall, I am very highly satisfied with the service I receive here. Thumbs up for following up with your customers. Please keep up the awesome customer service!

I was looking for an Acura TLX and found Shahtab to be very helpful and efficient. In just a few hours, we disposed of my Mercedes GLA 250 and I was tooling away in a TLX set up exactly as I wanted it. I have bought cars from Pohanka Chevrolet previously and found the sales and service experience excellent there as well. The Pohanka group is definitely a cut above.

Excellent customer service. My Service Advisor (Joseph Shivers) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He detailed everything my car needed for service and recommended things that were expiring, such as safety inspection and Emission. I came with expectation of spending at least 2 hours, but I ended up spending less than 40 minutes. I highly recommend Pohanka Acura Chantilly.
