All I wanted was a basic "express" service and declined the more expensive option. This was performed. Why not 5 stars? I was ignored by the 5 or 6 people working in the department until I made my presence known. No reminder sticker applied at completion. They altered the instrument panel settings and did not reset to the former standard one. They did not return my call asking how to do this. The following day (Saturday) when I called I was told there was only one person on duty and to leave another message. The overall tone was unpleasant. I have been to other dealers where the experience was far more positive.

Charged $160 for a check engine light and didn’t even find the real cause. They saw o2 sensor code and recommended a replacement at $300. I got a second opinion after 3 people at Piazza could not tell me which sensor it was or if they had actually gotten it in the next day. A reputable shop found leaks in my exhaust within 10 minutes of getting there and repaired everything quickly with great customer service. (And for MUCH less $) Piazza had excuses for why they missed it of course. They should know an exhaust leak can throw an o2 sensor but they they didn’t check. Proceeded to constantly call and text me for 2 days (on New Years Eve) over the diagnostic charge. I never denied owing them, so, why not collect from me when I was in the shop if they were so worried about it? Very annoying seriously.

Took our Honda here for servicing and inspection, they were very informative, called about prices on everything, there were no unexpected things done to the car... Until we come to pick it up. The previous owner had bought the vehicle there THUS since the vin HAD been in his name... They ignored the envelope name of business and ignored the name of the appointment, held the car hostage and would not let my daughter pick it up with a credit card in the same business name. Who knows the former owner of the car well enough to call them so they can prove they sold it to you? They only called back the NEXT day to resolve this issue. NEXT day who has time for that???

I would only go here to get new cars iv bought 3 cars. But after today when I noticed the last person to do my oil didn't put the dip stick all the way in causing my car to lose oil. I lost enough oil to make my oil light flash on and off so I open the hood to find my dip stick hanging out. Called the dealership to let them know what happened and was told to go get bent not their problem so ill be taking my business else where.

Ah how the mighty have fallen. This used to be a great dealership. But the ownership has remained greedy in the post COVID era and still attempts to sell everything for thousands over sticker price.
