While I didn’t end up purchasing the truck I looked at last week. I had to take some time to praise the work of Robert Ruhe. Robert is a very friendly guy looking to make sure you purchase a vehicle that is right for you. He went above and beyond the entire time I was there and made sure to answer any questions I had. Bottom line is if there is a car you’re interested in at Piazza, make sure you request Robert as your sales person!

All of the Piazza family of dealers are forcing insane mark ups on customers. I understand the market we are in however there are some decent dealers out there who aren’t doing this. I’ve contacted both Piazza Acura and Mazda on cars I was interested in but had to end conversations when they start listing the forced on mark up or dealer add on’s. I hope when the market eventually goes back to normal the dealers that tried to take advantage of consumers during these times lose business and customers choose to go elsewhere. There is zero reason to sell over msrp and zero reason people should feel obligated to.

I wanted to write to express the service I received from Mark Steltz, Mark Kosak and Bob Ruhe. I've been leasing Acura since 2015 having Mark Steltz as my salesman and Mark Kosak has always been involved during the process of each lease. When I stopped in yesterday, Mark Steltz was with a customer and Bob Ruhr jumped right in to offer assistance with setting up my Acura Link. Mark Kosak saw I was there and acknowledged my presence with a warm welcome and smile. I can't say enough kind words about these three gentlemen. I'm a firm believer that actions speak louder than words and the actions of your team confirm that I make the correct decision of leasing an Acura time and time again. Worked with Edwin on the Acura side and he did everything he could to get the deal done. The dealership is actually not bad. They are very friendly and hungry to keep business coming back. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle.
