As much as I'd like to give this place a 5 star rating I just can't. In September of this year I made my second purchase at this dealership. My first being 2 years ago. I worked with Manny and my experience was great. He told me pay on the vehicle two years no missed payments and come back and see me. Well I did just that and 2 years later I was unable to work with Manny because he wasn't returning my calls. I worked with Marc who is a decent brother. Long story short I was hesitant about my monthly amount. The finance guy came out making all these promises on how I can bring the vehicle back if needed due to finances. Not even 30 days more like 2 weeks I call in to see options. Of course I was lied to I need to be in it for 1 or 2 years before they can get me out. Just to make a sale I was taken advantage of. I will report them to the bbb. Until then I'll make payments.

The people was nice when u walk in. but please get everything in writing because. Me and financially person had a set payment agreement and I received a letter from bank stating a totally different payment we discuss. I called the finance dept and spoke to the person who sold me the car tony and he transfer me to the person who does the financing and All he said was sorry and you can refinance with the back in 6mo. That’s why I don’t like car dealership they say one but it best you get everything in writing . Mind the paperwork I received does not state payment amount at all.

DO NOT BUY YOUR LEASED VEHICLE FROM THIS OR ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP!! We wanted to buy our leased Honda. They wanted to ad a bunch of additional charges. We spoke to Honda Financial direct and decided to buy it through them. Saving us over a thousand dollars. Just so everyone knows.. They also lied to us and said we can only buy direct if we paid cash.. which was a lie. We got a loan and sent Honda Financial the payoff amount plus the taxes. They also told us we needed new plates. Which was another lie. Honda Financial sent us a letter saying they gave permission for us to keep and use the same plate. Saving us additional money. I know they need to make money. But the lying is what really upset us.😡😡😡 If anyone wants to purchase their lease. Avoid all dealerships and go directly to your lender. It could save you thousands.

We had a nice experience buying the pilot. The service is another problem. They can’t find your car when you pick it up. They don’t know what was done. They left it dirty and gross. I had to hear an earful from my wife how the passenger side was full of dirt so I had to clean it up. Terrible of them to do that. My other car dealers wash and clean out my car on return

Purchased a 2023 HRV and the buying experience was nothing like I had my first time around four years ago buying a Civic. Salesperson I worked with was Eric T. I was told the HRV was supposed to be in production in July, but in reality it was in production at the end of August. Poor communication keeping customers up to date with information. Just received the HRV in mid October. Vehicle had imperfections/scratches upon pickup such as windshield nozzle not working, residue left on the paint from packaging, scratch on the trunk and near back tail light. According to the salesperson, vehicles are not going to be completely scratch free upon delivery. However, these imperfections should have been checked prior to customer pick up. Also, salesperson was making assumptions that myself as a customer was making the scratches and asked me what I would like done. When I told him I would like these issues fixed he acted like that was not possible. Have been at the dealership three to four times since originally picking up the vehicle. Not to mention it took me going there twice to pickup the extra set of keys I was supposed to receive the first time when picking up the HRV. The only two individuals who were helpful were David Ball as he was the one who took care of the residue left on the paint. It was even believed to have been the clear coat messed up. Also, Al Hernandez (General Manager) was the other helpful individual who took care of the scratches that were present.
