Phillips Buick GMC Dealership in Fruitland Park, Florida

I recently Purchased my Yukon from Phillips Buick GMC and I had such a lovely experience. I live in Miami but was looking for a specific vehicle and they had it. From the very first phone call to the dealer, I had the pleasure of working with Cat. She made this buying process an absolute breeze even though I wasn't local. She stayed in contact with me the entire time, quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns I had, and kept me up to date with the movement of the vehicle. Once, I arrived at the dealer, she had the vehicle ready for me, detailed and ready to go! It was truly an absolute pleasure and if I had to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing.

This all started when I was needing a vehicle. I saw the one I wanted, on line, and emailed if it was still available. I received a phone call from Princess and said it was available and even called the next morning to see if I was still interested, and I said I was and drove to the dealership and purchased the car. Probably one of the greatest experiences I have ever had while buying a car. The whole crew was AWESOME.

I just bought a used vehicle from Phillips Buick GMC in Fruitland Park FL. and it was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a car in my life! Blake, my salesman was very easy going and not pushy. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and did not try to oversell anything over my budget. He even managed to work in a deal to have a minor repair fixed that I wanted before buying the vehicle. I was delighted to buy a vehicle from Blake and will be coming back in the future to buy my next truck from here.

Very good friend recommended Phillips and specifically Cat Longhren as the sales person to speak with. I met her at the dealership and the entire purchasing experience was excellent. No hidden fees or attempts to slip some extras in you didn't want like a lot of dealers do. Everything was explained and nothing was hidden in the "Fine Print". If I had any complaint which I don't, like all my previous car buying experiences for the last 50 years, it seemed to take forever but the honesty and positive attitudes of Cat and all the Phillips employees I worked with made the entire experience pleasurable overall.

Amazing!….I have bought plenty of trucks over the years but by far the experience and financial deal at Phillips was hands down the best ever. I arrived at their dealership for a truck that didn’t work out but they steered me to another truck they had that exceeded my expectations and they kept their promise on my trade and worked up a deal that I couldn’t refuse. I dealt with Blake, a true gentleman and great salesperson that got me not only what I was looking for but a deal that got me everything I was looking for and beyond…it’s worth the drive to this dealership, they have true customer value and they worked hard to get me what I was looking for…I have not been paid or reimbursed for this review. I’m just a customer that wants others to know how great this place is and want others to know …if you’re looking for a great honest deal GO TO PHILLIPS GMC!!! …thank you guys

Terrible service. We called to ask if a car was available to which they said yes. Told us the cardiac was good and no recalls. We spoke with salesman Chris several times told him we were on our way a 2 hour drive. When we were 10 minutes away a call comes to our phone that they sold it from a “pending” sale yesterday. One we were not told about the three times we spoke with a salesman. Thank you for wasting out time and patience. We will NEVER even consider doing business with you again. My husband is a fireman and works all the time, so thank you for wasting our time with your shady tactics in case the other deal fell through. Absolutely pathetic.

We worked with Brian Brandt. I told him about my car buying experiences that have not been great. He listened and addressed all my concerns and got us out of there, driving a new car home as fast as humanly possible. (The power had gone out as a result of a bad storm) He exceeded all my expectations. He was great with communication throughout our time at the dealership and very helpful and attentive. Thank you for employing great salesmen like Brian!

Very friendly and family atmosphere. Gilbert "Bam" my salesman was a pleasure to work with. He never pressured me to buy and returned every phone call I made to get more information about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I truly recommend this dealership.
