Very bad experience. I GAVE MY CAR for passenger mirror change and oil change. I received a text saying my car was ready...When i went for pickup.. my sales advisor is not there and i was asked to take my car. After going to the car. The cover looks like they replaced damaged piece. It had some scratches already and oil change was not done..the car had all dirt on my front mirror and banut... I went inside again and asked for help at front desk. They directed me to service station.. i went and spoke to Dan (employee) and asked him to check it out as my advisor left for the day already. After he looked at it he asked me to take picture and asked me to call tomorrow to the advisor to talk to him.. I told him i didnot carry phone and requested him to take picture... which he denied first but then took it. I asked for service manager and i was told that Joe (service manager) left for the day. I asked if i can officially/formally log a complaint on the whole issue. I was told that there is no formal paper to write a complaint and sked me to call to the number on the invoice. When i called the number, it again went to the font desk. I am going to talk to the manager first thing in the morning. I request the service manager to take the action immediately

Was in the market for a vehicle, but wasn't sure what I wanted. I had a lot of questions, a lot of back and forth with the rep, and they could have just blown me off at any time thinking this guy isn't going to buy, but they stuck with it but weren't in my face. When I decided to pull the trigger, I got a much better trade offer than I had seen anywhere else. The Sales Rep, Joe Orlando, was fantastic. Not the typical car salesman. Very friendly and down to earth and not pushy. First deal sheet they came back with was better than I was looking for. Signed that night - very quick, very professional, great followup after the sale.

My wife and I have owned several Honda vehicles that we've always brought to Peters Honda over two decades. Why? Not because they were competitive for service pricing (far from it), but because we always believed it was better to have our Honda vehicles serviced by a professional dealership - and we were willing to pay for that higher level of service. But we're done with them now. Their service has gone down hill to the point where my service advisor Dave Lamb is arguing with me whether the RED -1.3 degree camber is within acceptable tolerance or not. Hmmm... its RED. All the others are GREEN Dave. I paid for a full 4-wheel alignment Dave. It was RED -1.3 before and RED -1.3 after Dave. So did you really do a full 4-wheel alignment? Did I get my $179 worth? I don't think so. And your choice to first argue with me about it, then declare it could not be adjusted, but you never thought to call me to discuss and give a heads up. You had my car for two days, $1500 in total work. And the alignment was your recommendation. Makes me wonder - what else did you decide was acceptable to just ignore and let me drive away? So you've lost our trust, our respect and our business. The one thing you had going for yourselves - being a "professional dealership", you no longer can claim. I hope this review reaches other like minds and prompts them to take their business elsewhere. I for one will find an honest mechanic, and I'll be happy to pay even if it takes them a little longer to do the job right.

Easy to work with staff and fair pricing on regular routine services. Anything outside of that and it gets expensive fast. I bought my car here as well and was able to get a fair interest rate on financing with a little negotiation. They were willing to shave some off the price as well, make sure to ask.

Just moved here from Atlanta and came to get my oil changed and NH state inspection done. Stephanie was my service advisor, and was very knowledgeable. She recommended I do not get the state inspection because my tint would fail the test and I would have wasted the money. I was greatly appreciative of this. After my oil change, they said my car was washed inside and out but the inside was not vacuumed at all and the contactless wash did not remove any of the bugs off of the front of my car. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the technician did not reattach the plastic trim on the bottom of my car. The plastic trim was dangling off and I did not notice until I had gotten home. I drove back to the dealership and explained my situation to Paul. Paul did not seem to care about fixing my problem, and NOT ONCE did I receive an apology for THEIR mistake. The only pleasant people to deal with were Stephanie and the front desk cashier. However, I will not be returning to this dealership.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kim Richards. The ease of the effortless process Kim provided me will go unmatched. I walked into Peters with no real idea of what I wanted or needed for my next car and walked out (after what felt like a few minutes) with a beautiful CPO Honda. Kim found me the perfect SUV that exceeded my expectations and lowered my monthly bills significantly. If you are looking for someone in the car industry for whatever you need Kim is 100% the person you should call!

Kim was very helpful and personable during our car buying process. The first time we came in to test drive we didn't know they were getting ready to close, but she still patiently worked with us regardless the time. If you are looking for a Honda, look no further than Peter's Honda. Make sure you ask for Kim. Tell her I sent you. You won't regret it.

I was looking for a car a few weeks ago, and I dealt with Robert and he was so very nice and not pushy at all. After leaving and talking to daughter about the car we went back to the dealership and they told me he was moving to New Hampshire. New Hampshire is very blessed and lucky to have him in the state and at the new dealership. Thank you Robert!!
