I was anxious to buy a car from a dealer, as I have had bad experiences in the past. However, everyone at Penske Honda was wonderful! It was a great experience and everything went so smooth. Eric was our awesome salesman who quickly got us the car we wanted. Brandon was the friendly and kind financial manager who got us through the paperwork quickly and with ease. And finally Dennis took us through a thorough tutorial on how to use our new car. He was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable with all of our car’s new features. I cannot recommend Penske Honda enough! Thank you to the employees who actually made buying a car an enjoyable experience for once!
Scott Hiller, Brandon Reed, Johnny Walker, and Jack Breen are amazing. I purchased a touring CRV Hybrid. Jack and Johnny delivered it today with a suitcase I accidently left at a nearby hotel! Scott found the exact car I wanted. Brandon got me a great rate, and a great price on a warranty. Negotiating with Scott was a breeze and amazing transaction! I will buy again! Wife loves the loaded CRV.
Song Park in Sales was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very informative and recognized what was most important to us in purchasing a new vehicle. I recently bought a new Honda Odyssey from Penske Honda. Scott Hiller was awesome. I’ve purchased a lot of cars in the past and Scott is one of the best salesman I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The finance manager Brandon was also great. Fair prices and a smooth process. This is a hard one because I give our salesmen 5 stars, however, the finance guy would get -10 stars. Our salesmen was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He helped us with everything we needed and didn’t rush us into anything. The staff there were polite and accommodating. The finance guy was the worst part of the whole experience and because of him we would never go back there. We had our own financing because we were able to get a lower interest rate. Because of that and the fact that we didn’t buy anything extra (extended warranty, gap or ceramic coating) he treated us like he had much more important things to do and we were only wasting his time. Our credit union that financed us needed him to fax a few documents to them so they could speed up the process and make everything much easier for us but he was unwilling to help out in any way. I think it was because he wasn’t making anything extra off us and that’s exactly how he made us feel. We buy or lease an average of 1 vehicle per year from Penske Chevrolet and I’ll give them and everybody I have dealt with including the service department 5 stars everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.
Buying from Penske was a pleasant process. Mark Robinson (our sales rep) was extremely helpful. He heard what we were looking for and sold us the vehicle we wanted, the way we wanted it (with no forced dealer add-ons). The whole time he was transparent with us, giving us updates on the estimated delivery date of the vehicle and provided us paperwork detailing what all the charges were estimated to be including the doc fee, taxes, estimated payments. Thank you Mark and thank you Penske!
I don't love car shopping, but buying a truck at Penske was one of my better experiences. Tom Hackett was my sales guy, and he was very helpful and candid, and didn't play the normal pushy salesman games. He helped push through the purchase quickly, so it was all done in an hour and a half. I haven't used the Service department yet, so no opinion there.
These guys are awesome! They will not waste your time or fool around. You go in, you get your car, no hassles and way better than any other dealer! Song Park was our Internet sales associate, he is a true gentleman, very professional and very effective. Highly recommended!
