I am so glad i decided to purchase my new vehicle through Pensacola Honda. I live about an hour away and had another Honda dealership that was closer to me but after talking with both dealerships and others further away, it was an easy decision to choose this one over the others. The team here truly cares about their customers and their experience. From the moment i inquired on a car to the day of delivery the team here was always happy to help me. My Husband and I worked with Matthew Rush Campbell Sonic. He was absolutely amazing made the whole process super simple and easy. I didn’t feel rush or like they where trying to get one over on me. I told them from the beginning that we couldn’t put the down payment down until I got my bonus and they where very understanding. They also have the best Hot Chocolate! I would recommend the dealership to anyone and will definitely use them again the next time we need a car.

Lawrence, you're a great guy and you made us feel welcome and human. *Edit: Jared, a huge shoutout to you as well!! -- *An experience such as this one is how it should be done. If a dealership has sufficient staff and sees a customer browsing, absolutely make sure they know someone is available to help. If they say, "We're just looking around but thank you." That's it, leave a card and politely walk away. Nothing makes me run the other direction faster than pushy sales tactics. With that out of the way we were greeted by a friendly fellow who answered our questions, offered true “Pcola” feels we all adore, gave me a card, we set a date\time for trade-in appraisal, and we left. I called him later today after a period of reflection, returned, and left with a beautiful Honda Odyssey. Negotiations went fine. I'm rather precise with numbers but I also understand expectation VS reality. It's important to know what options exist before you make any commitment and that’s on the buyer. We live in very strange time where I question the value of a toilet paper roll from one day to the next but, I'm happy with the vehicle and the experience. My family thanks you. Take care!

Pensacola Honda provided us a 1st class experience from beginning to end. We started with Christine ordering our car for us. She was awesome! She had the best price & customer service. Our car came right on time, & it was perfect!! And when we arrived to complete the purchase & pick up our car, Cynthia had everything ready & waiting for us. With every other new car purchase we’ve made, over the yrs, that last visit, which includes the finance process, usually takes 4-6 hrs. We arrived at Pensacola Honda after work on a weekday & left with our new car exactly 2 hrs later!! That is phenomenal!! Again, from start to finish, Pensacola Honda exceeded our expectations.
