Marisa in service was absolutely amazing, I didn’t even have an appointment and she took me as a walk-in absolutely would recommend Pecheles Honda for their professionalism and thorough knowledge of everything Honda related. Absolutely the best I’ve ever dealt with concerning car service will be returning most definitely!! These specific people were so great I hope Honda knows how good these employees are! Also Lauren in service Payments was extremely sweet and courteous!! Great place to take your Honda or frankly any car!!

It was a great experience! Everyone was super welcoming & knowledgeable. I was helped by Robert, who exceeded all of my expectations. He was attentive and personable. I will be recommending this place specifically because of him, all around great guy. Have bought multiple cars from here and it’s always an enjoyable and easy experience. I highly recommend Bryan Butler, as I’ve went through him every time I’ve gotten a new car. He’s extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and always eager to answer any questions you may have. The service department is always kind, quick, and makes getting any service done easy. I love dealing with Ryan Nelson. He set up my appointment pretty quick and was Johnny on the spot when I showed up. The work was completed in a timely manner. Ryan has also helped me on several other occasions recently when I had codes show up. He checked them out, cleared them and gave me some welcome advice on what to do next. It worked! I went for a oil and filter change. I also had my drive belt replaced. Customer service met me at my car door and knew what services I needed without me telling him. I waited for my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and I watched TV for entertainment. The services didn't take too long. They gave me a list of the next needed services and I like that. It helps me to maintain my vehicle's mechanical system. I always take my car to Pecheles Honda for servicing because the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a customer here since 1993.
