My friend told me that I could go to a Honda place to get my oil change (since my car is a Honda). Which I did, & they were so friendly & not to mention helpful 🙂. So they charged me about $60 that included a general ✅ on my car & a quick wash! I did wait an hour but they had free coffee & tea with a comfortable customer lounge that I didn't mind to wait.⏳😉

I actually loved buying my new car here. It was probably one of the fastest purchases too. James and I discussed the car and got to an agreed price very quick. I forget the finance manager’s name, but he was very professional and just got it done. The staff seem to enjoy each other’s company which is really nice too. I would recommend at least giving them a look if you are in the market.

Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! I am in home sales so customer service and the bottom line are extremely important to me. From the start to finish Sumrit our sales rep went above and beyond to make us comfortable, really listened, very smart about the vehicles and the market. Sumrit even got us beverages and ordered dinner for us since we were there a while. Best sales guy! The sales manager was very personable and got us a fair deal. The finance director DJ went above and beyond to find me a great finance rate and a lower cost on extended warranty. Everyone was so kind and we left feeling very satisfied with the car we got and what we paid. It was an hour away from home but it was worth the drive to get this car and work with these great people.

Pauly Honda is a great place to purchase new Honda civics. Sumrit, the salesman, did a wonderful job helping me get the vehicle that worked for me. He was insightful, answered any question I had, and took the time to be as thorough as possible when showing me the ins and outs of the car. I couldn’t be happier. They also don’t do markups or add anything to the vehicle you didn’t intend to purchase. They were super helpful and portrayed great customer support. Thank you!

Every staff member encountered was friendly and personable. Staff kept me updated and informed on the progress of the service of my vehicle. The waiting lounge was comfortable and provided snacks, coffee, and tea. Always a great experience and atmosphere. Thanks for the genuine customer service! =)

If I could go to 0, I would. I've been changing my oil and buying parts at this dealership for the past 2.5 years. Always was an awesome experience with people and prices were reasonable. The oil change cost used to be $37-$45 and service was very quick and responsive. With the new ownership the service cost went up to $80 for the same thing. Labor rate went from $149 to $165. The prices for parts went up too. I completely understand that inflation happens, however charging more than double for the same service is ridiculous. If considering other dealerships within a 30 mile radius that have a similar pricing, go to the Barrington location for $80 because there is more cars you can check out and also a free Starbucks for anyone. The staff is still very nice and responsive, this change is the fault of the new ownership that only cares about money.

I bought a Honda CRV 2019 model from Pauly Honda. Loved the services provided and details provided by the sales representative (Rachel) about the car. I went in to buy my car at the end of my lease, long story short I was waiting to hear back from the dealership to see if was approved for financing through Honda for 5 days. I'd call and send emails multiple times a day, because at this point I was passed the 10 day grace period Honda gives you to turn in the car. I gave 2 stars because the person I worked with was nice.
