Tiffany is the best salesperson. My son bought his first car. Tiffany was very friendly, personable, attentive and explained every steps and details. Tyron the finance processor made sure my son got the best rates and warranty. He even gave him great advice on how to be ahead on his monthly payments. Not worth the premium price. Made an appointment for a Saturday due to work schedule. Turns out they are half staffed on weekends, so the wait was a little over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Aside from the slightly longer wait, the price was almost $130 WITH a discount. Topping off fluids and courtesy inspections are typical at most full service mechanics, and price is usually 20-30% cheaper. Lastly, I didn't notice until I got home, but they didn't even use courtesy mats and ended up tracking oil into my carpet. Definitely won't be returning.

Very very happy with our purchase from this Honda dealership. We were assisted by Bronwen, who went out of his way to find us the best deal for our budget and needs. He was also very gracious about our lack of preparation prior to buying the car as well. We were very grateful that both he and Brian, the business manager, stayed late in order to finalize all the details and get us on the road again with our new car. I highly recommend this dealership and it’s staff.

We had a great experience at this dealership. The sales rep, Donny Edwards, was incredibly personable and patient. He stayed there and worked with us until we were able to secure the car that we wanted. I think he stayed like 4 hours past his shift because he wanted to make sure there was someone there to help us get what we wanted. In the end we drove away with the vehicle of our dreams (my wife was especially happy with it). Couldn't recommend Ourisman Honda enough and mad respect for Donny.
