I didn’t know what to expect from open road BMW was initially looking to lease the X5 below but the payments were just too high. So I chose to finance and working with Mathias was a great experience. My wife and I stopped into Open Road this past Saturday morning and met with client advisor, Mathias. We are a 16 year BMW loyalists and were in the market for a new one but really didn't know what to buy. Mathias was very patient, professional, very knowledgeable and helped through the process. After test driving few cars, we decided on a white 2022 M550i xdrive. The transaction overall went very smoothly from the time we spent with Mathias, to his brother Rodrigo the product specialist to working with Robert in the Finance Department. All were very accomodating, professional and made us feel comfortable that we made the right decision.
