What a wonderful experience we had here at the Wausau location. My husband and I have been on a hunt for this 2022 Honda Accord sport 2.0. We went to SEVERAL dealerships in the Oshkosh, Madison and Appleton areas. We understood it was going to be hard to find since it is a sought after vehicle currently. Everytime we visited the other dealerships, we got treated as kids who don't know what they're doing because we are young. That they could take advantage of us and assume that because we are inexperienced- we are ignorant. They misinformed us, they wouldn't return our calls, they could never give us straight answers and they always seemed to put us last on the priority list. It was like they didn't want to make a sale. It was an extremely stressful and frustrating experience UNTIL we came to O'Malley's in Wausau. We came into this very skeptical because of our past experience at other dealerships. Immediately we could tell that this dealership was different. It was almost weird how we weren't having a bad time or getting a headache. Lol They gave us all the information we needed, they returned our calls and were so incredibly pleasant to talk to. We felt so respected and finally taken seriously. They were 10x busier than every other location we went to, yet they somehow managed to make us feel like top priority without neglecting any other customers in store. *They did NOT ask me to leave a Google review but I hope this gets seen by someone who is 'dealership hunting' and really needs to find one they can trust. We highly recommend the people at O'Malley's in Wausau. They are 10/10. There is nothing bad at all we can say about this location and the people we worked with. I don't see us considering any other dealership in the future. The people who helped us drive away with the car we wanted were: Ken (Sales rep), Rich (Financial Dept), Matt (Manager), and even Brandon who walked us through all the little details inside the car. But especially Ken and Rich, you guys are awesome and when we get another vehicle, we're coming back to you. Thank you so much for everything you've done and continue to do.

I bought 2 new vehicles from Ken in one day. Total professional all around great guy. Went above and beyond when he loaned me one of his personal cars for a week to get me by when Honda was late in delivering my new vechical. Rich in the finance dept was also easy to work with and fun to talk to. Everyone I had contact with including to service techs was 100% professional and friendly. Can't recommend these guys enough. Professionalism, friendlyness and integrity are the 3 words that sum up my dealings with O'Malley's.

O’Malley Honda gave my family and I the utmost level of care and respect that other dealers in the area were lacking. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you are car shopping and don’t at least stop in and talk to someone here. My experience was great. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. Kent Z. helped me through the process of getting the car I wanted order. When the car arrived I was excited and could't wait to drive it home. Kent Z. walked me through everything and was very helpful. He explained the features and Techs of the car on how it works. It funny that I even taught him how the tech works as well. Anyways, Kent was very friendly and professional from beginning to end of me buying a new car.

We reached out to O'Malley in March about a Honda Odyssey. They didn't have anything available at the time, but shortly after Branden reached out to let us know they had one coming in. He answered all our questions regarding the transaction and trade-in. He was very honest and easy to work with. They charge only MSRP and their service fee ($279) with no additional add-ons. Once the van arrived, the buying process was extremely smooth and quick. Branden did the overview of the van and Rich took care of the finances. We were in and out in less than an hour. Thanks for the positive experience!

Couldn't find what we were looking for and got fed up with how other places treated us. Branden came through and let us know right away when what we were looking for arrived so we could see it first. It was a better deal than anything we had seen and they were efficient and transparent when going through all the paperwork. Low pressure environment too.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Brandon was very hands-on throughout the entire process. If we had any questions, he would get back to us right away. He was very knowledgeable and was just an overall nice person. I will buy from this dealership in the future based on this amazing customer service. If you want the hassle taken out of the car buying process, Brandon is your go-to guy.

One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. I felt good overall about the whole thing, even dealing with the finance manager, which I generally detest. Matt was no pressure and most interested in being helpful and informative on finance and warranties. Josh made the sales experience very low stress and amicable. I sense that the dealership is working very hard to earn your business AFTER the sale, and I was impressed by that. I think you'll be equally pleased if you give O'Malley a chance.
