Amazing Experience, so much better than going to Disney World. Been a friend of Ole Ben Franklin Motor since 2011 and always a pleasure working with them and getting new cars is so easy to do, especially with not such amazing credit. I came in today and worked with Colby Jack, A.K.A Cheese, to get a 2014 Acura and 2017 blue Ford Fussion. Came in around 3 pm, and done by 6 pm. Quick and Amazing, many great choices here. Today me and my grandmother went to ole Ben Franklin Mitsubishi where we had an appointment to shop for a vehicle we went in to get a used car we had seen online. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mr. Ray Gilmore who was very delightful and a pleasure to deal with. We took the used car for a test drive. He explained to us that they had some brand new Mitsubishi outlanders that had just arrived. So we checked that out and were approved !! From the time we entered the door until leaving we were treated like family and Ray went above and beyond to help us out and made sure we got more than we expected with service and with the vehicle and all was done in a timely manner. We even had snacks and good conversation during our time there. Definitely recommend!!
