Northside Alfa Romeo FIAT Dealership in Spring, Texas

I had been searching for months to find the exact car that I was looking for and had made many calls to several dealerships. I contacted Northside by email and Courtney Weaver called me within a short amount of time. She was extremely professional and honest. She helped me through the entire process and made the purchase a breeze. We had multiple conversations and each time we spoke I felt more comfortable with my decision, especially since I live in Montana, 1200 miles away! Working with Courtney was a pleasure and she built my trust and confidence. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this company!

Absolutely the best place to purchase a new car. Kris and Courtney were extremely knowledgeable. Kris was my main salesperson and he is wonderful. No pressure at this dealership. Finance (Devon) was really great too. Explained everything in detail. Made me an offer I just couldn’t refuse. The receptionist was friendly and extremely helpful. Always smiling. Made me feel she was happy I was there. David in parts also had a smile for me. He was very helpful when I ordered my floor mats. He called me back when he said he would. My wife and i purchased a pristine First Edition 2008 Dodge Challenger Srt8 with 45,000 miles on it from this dealership. Coming from 3 hours out of town i received a video tour of the car before we visited the dealership and spoke with our salesman Bryan multiple times. The dealership itself is extremely nice, clean, and loaded with wonderful new and used vehicles. Every staff member we met was top tier, helpful, pleasant, and professional in attire and behavior. The car was meticulously detailed and sanitized multiple times before we drove it off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to making purchases from them in the future.

Wow is all I have to say!! This dealership has set the bar. I’ve purchased several cars over the years and absolutely hate dealing with dealerships. Northside however, is a completely different experience. Everything they said they were going to do as far as trade in and financials THEY DID!! They went above and beyond for all of it. Brandon Roth was an excellent sales representative to work with at this dealership and Mr. Curry made working through the financial paperwork very easy. Even though we’re having to deal with this pandemic they made the buying experience as easy as they possibly could and it was rather pleasant dealing with all the individuals here at the dealership. I am sure that I will enjoy using this dealership for future service on my new Maserati.

Matt C was very thorough and helpful. I can't give the dealership a full 5 stars as others there were not practicing social distancing and/or all wearing masks. It made me a bit uncomfortable. Any other time, I would say they did all possible to make my visit pleasant.
