Staff was friendly enough but a major defect with the vehicle was not disclosed at time of purchase. The dash cover was peeling and covered with an aftermarket dash cover. Now I am stuck with a $3000 repair of the dash.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service department will do whatever to get over and make sure they get their money. New to Maryland, which I mentioned at check-in, and I needed a Maryland Safety inspection as I am switching over my registration. They knew that my car would fail from the moment that I arrived because of my tint, which I was not aware of. In previous states I lived in, they do not fail you for inspection just make you aware that it is darker than the legal limit and you will receive a ticket and fine if stopped by the police. Despite knowing that the car would fail by looking at it before even taking it in they proceeded to do the inspection to make sure they could get their money. When I asked why did they even bother if they knew from the beginning, I basically got an excuse of they just figured I would want a list in case anything else was wrong with the car. It’s a brand new car so I knew there weren’t any issues, they just wanted to make sure they could still bill me and waste two and a half hours of my time. Will not be returning and do not recommend!!

Drove up to the service department after needing a jump for a dead battery in a parking lot early in the morning. Service department evaluated my battery recommended a new battery and had price information. Installed a new battery and I was on my way in an hour.

This is my second purchase in a year with Norris Honda. My salesman both times was Nate Gregory. He was a pleasure to work with. Although I plan on keeping my new Passport longer than my Accord Sport (nothing at all wrong with the car I just wanted to go back to an SUV) I plan on recommending Norris Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda! Every person involved in the sale of my car and the other salesmen were all so very nice. Overall both experiences were top notch!
