Thank you Brett Bailey for making my car shopping experience so much fun and easy!! I always wanted a VW convertible, but was unsure about going from a large, Jeep Gladiator to a small car. Brett was very knowledgeable and patient, encouraging me to test drive the car a few times to make sure it was a good fit. With Brett, I was able to pick out the cutest convertible!! Had a great experience with Bo Sepehri sorting out the details of this CPO Rabbit Edition GTI. Experience was very welcoming and overall low pressure. Finance experience was ok although my first round of paperwork wasn’t very good in terms of rate but we sorted it out. In and out in like 3 hours and no prefilled out paperwork. Cute little car to tootle about town while still being interesting thorough the corners.

As far as car dealerships go, this one was a very pleasant experience. This was primarily due to the sales rep - Day. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, clear/honest, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver our vehicle afterhours with all the paperwork ready to go so we didn’t need to bring our kids out there.
