Beth in service, is so awesome!!! I checked in for an oil change, my 84 yr old mom's doctor called to say they could see her immediately instead of mid-November, Beth said take care of mom and if you can get back by 4 pm, we will take care of you still today. Here I thought I would have to wait until next week!! Kudos to Beth in service and the service team. Oil change and rotated tires

Easiest new vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. Shannon and the team at Nelson were very prompt and polite without being overly pushy. I drove from central NC to work with them and I would absolutely do business with them again!

I was told I needed a battery December 15th. It was installed and everything was great! On December 24th my car wouldn't start. I spent the whole Christmas holiday with no vehicle due to a defective battery that I felt like should have been checked before it was installed by the technician(s). I don't think I'll be visiting Nelson Honda again.

Sad the way they try to treat people. Bought a car here in January '21 and I didn't get too frustrated when they wasted an hour of my time trying to convince me to use their financing on a tragically bad deal instead of my capital one approval letter that I brought. However, I was looking to sell the same car and gave them the first opportunity. Not only did they try to rush it through without discussing anything with me, but we didn't even discuss the price until they wanted me to sign. The price was incredibly greedy. Highly recommend the drive to Blackwell in Danville if you like to be treated like a person when making major financial decisions. Funny how another dealership had no problem giving me $2700 more.... From 5 to 1 star on the second interaction, there won't be a third.

Excellent customer service. We contacted our sales consultant to schedule a test drive. She came in on her day off because it worked better for our schedule.
