I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Morganton Honda over the years, and I’ve been super pleased with each one. I’ve also been impressed with each salesman that I’ve dealt with, the last being Andrew Poteet. He was personable, authentic and not pushy at all. He spent several days helping us finalize the deal on our Pilot and has stayed in touch since then to make sure we were happy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Initially gave a 5 star review based on my experience buying a car. But I'm giving a 1 star based on my experience today with the service department. A month ago I had my state inspection done here and they passed me. Today I blew a tire driving on the highway. Upon inspection of my tire it was bubbled and shredded. Called the dealership to ask why this was not caught during my inspection as this is far worse damage than what could happen in a month. Was given an uncaring "I don't know". Asked what I could do. "We'll Honda doesn't make the tire so you'd have to contact the tire manufacturer." Finally had enough of the service departments attitude and told them they better make sure they check other peoples tires better and they're lucky I didn't have a wreck this morning. Their response? "Will do have a good day" absolutely rude and infuriating.

My wife and I rode up from South Carolina to look at an Element they had just taken in a day or two prior. Our primary contact, James Eades, was great to work with. He was very honest about the fact that they had not gone over it yet so we were hitting the road without full details. He seemed to actually value our time. We hit unexpected snags on the way and James kept us up to date since there were other prospective buyers also en route. I was impressed that he told us he was keeping all parties apprised. Honesty seems to be important at Morganton Honda. Cut to the chase-we bought the car. They jumped through all the hoops involved with buying a car on a holiday. They made arrangements to have the car delivered to South Carolina and since it was going to be a couple of days before that could happen they decided to give it the prep cleaning that had not happened yet. We bought "As Is". Morganton Honda had no obligation to do anything else. To top it off, they called a day or two later to tell me that when cleaning the car they discovered that the windshield had a leak. Reminder-I bought 'As Is" and they already had the money. I would not have expected the courtesy of that notification from another dealer and certainly would not have expected the dealer to have the window repaired at their own expense which is what Morganton Honda did. Its a special level of integrity that seems to be ingrained in the way these guys operate.

Hands down this was the best car buying experience we ever had. Andrew Poteet was an awesome salesman!! He treated us with respect! This young man juggled two customers at once and didn't slow down . We never waited to long to talk to him about the two cars we test drove. All in all he was a great Salesman and we'd buy a car from him again!

I’m giving 5 stars only due to the sales person who helped us out yesterday. I wish I could remember his last name, but he was a newer sales person named Chris. I really enjoyed my entire experience with him. He was a genuine person and the entire time did not give me the sleazy “going to rip you off” vibe. He was understanding, patient and empathetic the entire experience. I would recommend checking him out next if you are looking for a car.

Karen Cole ,as a sales person, had been recommended to us by another customer. They were right. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The other staff we met were equally as helpful. I love my new car.

I live in Florida and recently lost my truck in the hurricane when a tree crushed it during the storm. I knew what I was looking for and found the truck I wanted at Morganton Honda. Karen was amazing to work with. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. We got everything done over the phone and through email. I arrived Friday night, late after getting stuck in traffic and she waited on me, almost 2 hours after her normal quit time. I could not have asked for a better experience when buying a vehicle. I absolutely love my new to me Ram truck!
