Buying our new 2022 Honda Insight at Moon Township Honda was a pleasure. Our sales person was friendly and efficient. When the car was delivered unexpectedly early, he showed flexibility in scheduling a time for us to come in, give it a test drive, and then do the paperwork so we could drive it away. Communications were good from start to finish -- succinct and only when needed. The finance department helped in making that aspect of the car purchase pretty painless and we were especially appreciative of that. There was no pressure to buy the coverage options offered. This was a good car buying experience for us.

Dan at moon honda was hands down the best sales representative I have dealt with in very long time! He kept me up to date on eta of vehicle , was very informative , Dan even picked me up to get the vehicle! Wasted no time getting my vehicle set up with my phone and teaching me how to use every button inside! R the finance manager did not waste any of my time and there was no pressure! I recently purchased a Honda CR-V from Moon Township Honda. I had been looking for a car for about two months and had good and bad experiences when visiting other dealerships. However, when I walked into Moon Township Honda, my sales consultant (Haley) greeted me and listened to my needs. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. The car I was interested in was reasonably priced and met my expectations. Even when I needed to leave to get lunch to make my final decision, Haley was very supportive and was available via text for any questions. While on lunch, I knew I wanted to purchase the car so when I returned to purchase the car Haley helped me through the final stages. The finance officer (Ratana) was also very friendly and explained everything clearly and answered follow up questions I had. Overall, I am happy with my positive experience at Moon Township Honda and would recommend them as a great place for purchasing a vehicle.
