Just bought a 2019 Honda Pilot, the salesperson I worked with, Joe Erickson, was excellent, very kind, respectful, and answered all my questions. He even helped me pair my phone, and he went the extra mile to go pick up my mom from our house so she could co-sign for me. Highly recommend this place!

I bring my Honda here, which I also had purchased here, for oil changes and maintenance. The staff is always friendly and make sure to explain any work my car needs clearly. I appreciate the level of care they give my vehicle.

Purchased a 2014 Ford Escape for our daughter August 2022. Within 2 months the 02 sensor was dead, Evap purge valve needed to be replaced, the Vac. Pump was leaking, and the remote start quit working. Placed a call to the salesman we worked with, he never returned our call. Called again and was told we didn’t purchase a Warranty, so there is nothing they could do. Very frustrated that a business would operate this way.

Bought my vehicle here one year ago! The salesman Dale was awesome! I purchased the interior warranty and had the coating installed the next day. Dale took the time to drive my car to my house so I didn’t have to go back out in the cold to get it. The finance person JD went above and beyond to find the best deal he could for me. I couldn’t have asked for 2 better people. I highly recommend them to friends and family and when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle I’ll for sure come back!

Jill was very easy to work with. She actually made buying a car enjoyable. She is knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about the Honda Pilot. Jill went through all the operating features and helped us set them up. Joe the finance guy was also easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He made the finance process easy by explaining things in simple terms. We have bought many cars as we are both over 65, this was our easiest car buying process.

I had a great experience. The employees were very helpful. The cost of the work on my car was very reasonable. I was given a thorough evaluation. The waiting accommodations were very comfortable. I will continue to go to Mills Honda for my car maintenance. Thank you Mills.

We purchased a new car here Nov 2021. We had a trade that had some hail damage on the car. During negotiations a lower trade-in value because they said it would cost $3,000 for them to repair the damage and they wouldn’t ever put the car for sale with the existing hail damage. A friend inquired about the trade-in and they were absolutely ready to sell the car with the hail damage - they even threw out a sales price with damage. I’m so disappointed in lack of integrity and the perpetuation of the negative stereotype of “used car salesperson”. Please be careful when dealing with this business. I certainly won’t be back & I will actively tell people to avoid Mills Honda

It never gets old! What I mean by this comment is I have been buying vehicles for many years from Mills Honda. They set the bar high on my first vehicle and continue to keep the bar high on customer satisfaction! It doesn't matter if I'm buying a car from Todd or getting service done through Tom. They know your name immediately and will go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of! Thanks again Mills Honda Team and a special thanks to Scott and Dane! This was my second vehicle bought in just 3 months and 8th vehicle from Mills Honda in just 10 years.
