While shopping new cars for my lovely Mother-in-law, we stopped by Piazza Honda. The salespeople here are friendly, knowledgeable and motivated. We were greeted by Lou even before we had the chance to enter the building. Right away, he was eager to answer all questions and helped us decide on a new Honda Accord Hybrid. We took a few days to think it over before bringing my Mother-in-law. She was also very pleased with Piazza Honda. She went home smiling in her new car. My only complaint was the less than comfortable show room, and the scratched up, hard furniture. Easy fixes? Yes, but it made the buying process feel like it was dragging on.

Lou helped us get in this car quick and painlessly! He was very easy to work with and super personable. One of the easiest experiences I’ve had with buying a car! Would definitely recommend.

My girlfriend bought her first car here the day after Christmas and the entire experience was phenomenal! Jimmy Abgarian was our salesman and he was brilliant! She was able to get a 2020 Civic hatchback with 24,000 miles that had the features she wanted plus more and was within her budget. We will definitely be going back to see Jimmy for our next car.

Shocked by the way they treat their customers. Honda Accord 2021, got all the lights on, and they charged me $179 without letting me know what the problem is. Kristin very unprofessional. PLEASE DONT SIGN ANY PAPER. They will ask you to sign and then charge you some money. Mike the manager of the Honda service - can’t listen to customer, don’t wanna understand the problem. Talks over you! Telling me I hit the front of the car , and I never did! And he refused to check with carmax. Please don’t steal people money. Treat the next customer with dignity!

My husband and I had the best experience buying our car here. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish he was transparent and a true professional. We had visited a few dealerships before we ended up here and those experiences left us a bit frustrated. I bought my first car less than a week ago from this location. I just wanted to say that Don Pearl was very welcoming the moment I walked in the door. At first I wasn’t planning on buying a car because they were all 2019 and up and were too new and just not what I was looking for. Until Don looked up in the system any cars that would fit me. That’s when he found a 2014 Honda Accord exl 6-cylinder. I took a look and it and test drove it then fell in love l. That’s when I knew that it was the right car for me.
