I had the worst experience in any dealer I have ever been , I own a body shop so I have deal whit plenty dealers , this dealer is the worts , I took a customer car 2003 SL Class 500 to fix something we can't fix , believing this was a Mercedes dealer they are professionals at what they do , they have better equipment and qualify people , that is why they charge so much , but no at all , Raymon Yamboa the service adviser gave me two estimates one to repair and the other one to replace parts but both should fix the problem , so we went the repair , it took almost more that 4 weeks for us to get the car back and still no fix cause they said they found more damage after they all ready gave me two estimates , I was the one calling to check on the car cause they never call me or email me before I call them or email them to check status of the car , worst customer service ever had , and finally when I just decided to take it like that whit the same problem I took the car to began whit , and paying for they did that did not fix the problem more the $2500 , we I get the car the car was so duty and whit glue on the top of the car , they do not even look at the car when they deliver the car to me , now after I spend so much money on them I have to clean it up and find out how we can fix the problem they said they can fix

If you’re thinking about servicing your Mercedes here, run. Not only did I have to fight tooth and nail to get a call back from them, they returned my car to me with a dent in it, and tried to say it wasn’t them. I had to make five trips between the dealership and the collision center across multiple days. Furthermore, they didn’t even fix the issue. I took my car to another dealership and had a much better experience elsewhere.

Went into this dealership and found the car of my dreams. The customer service here was excellent. I felt very comfortable and welcomed by the salesman here who was very attentive and helpful in helping find the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership I had an AMAZING salesman!

Had a rear tire replaced. The appointment was at 1045 AM , we even arrived 20 mins early. 4 hours later we are still waiting on our car. 1 rear tire replacement = 4 hours thats not very efficient. The staff has very nice, but the process needs to be improved

My wife’s car was starting sluggishly, and we had bought a lifetime battery warranty from Mercedes Long Beach back in 2018. We left the car with them and went back home. The customer service person texted my wife saying that they had no record of the warranty purchase, so we combed through our files to look for it. The only evidence we had was the warranty sticker and record number that they had placed on our windshield back then. So, we asked if they could change it anyways because my wife needed her car the next day. Then he said that the battery was back ordered. We asked how long it would take and if we could just find a battery and bring it to them, and what kind of battery to get. He texted us about five hours later with the battery part number. At that point it was 3pm and my wife needed to get to work tomorrow. So, we called around and found a place that could do it right away. Total cost was around $300. When we bought the battery and the fictitious warranty from MBZ Long Beach in 2018, the parts and labor was over $900. These guys will rip you off! To make matters worse, we are long time customers. They should have just looked at their records and said, “we can’t find the warranty info, but we will honor it because you have been great customers at our dealership.” If you are looking for good service and integrity, don’t come here.

My girlfriend and I were in the market for (2) new leases. We had visited Range Rover, Lexus, Jaguar, Volvo, etc... It was a battle to come to a place where we felt comfortable giving them our money/business at every dealership. We became more and more disheartened with the entire process of getting a luxury vehicle, so our expectations going into Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach weren't high. ALL that changed within the first 30-minutes at MBLB. Shawn in the sales-department was friendly, knowledgeable, and very transparent about their process. He made sure he found us two cars that not only had the features we wanted, but he even found us the colors (in and out) that we wanted. Steve, in the finance department, along with Shawn, worked with us to get us an AMAZING deal. The cars are GORGEOUS; we couldn't be happier. MB has a saying on their lease paperwork folder, "Welcome to the family," and after our excellent experience at MB of Long Beach, we truly feel like we are. Thanks again everyone, we'll DEFINITELY be back for more top-shelf vehicles in the future. Best, -Ryan & Gina

First time using any Mercedes dealership service and I had an Overall great experience. Called and got an appointment very easily. They said loaner cars are first come first serve so I showed up at 7:50 for an 8 am appointment, first one in the lot before they opened and somehow they were still out of loaner cars? No problem there just a little confusing to me. Instead I got a Lyft ride to and from my destination free of charge which was very nice. Overall the staff was very nice and accommodating, I told them I may have been unable to pickup my vehicle before they closed and they parked my car out front and left the keys with someone who stays a little later for me. They also went through and checked the air in my tires and cleaned them which I did not expect. I would recommend this service.
