Super clean 2011 Lexus LS460. Drives like new. What I loved most about my experience here was the team effort everyone displayed. It was a super smooth transaction, a very welcoming environment by Devin, Junior and Gio. I’ve never had such a great experience and pleasure of doing business anywhere. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for a new or used. In my case it was used but if I ever have the itch for something new, I’d definitely come here and drive 4.5 hours one way just to have that great customer experience that made me feel like a human and not just $$$ over my head.

No- pressure sales, he took our concerns and requests into consideration. He made the sales experience pleasant. I’m still surprised our transaction went so smoothly, and despite it being busy at the dealership, Felix and Jaime made it seem like we were the only customers there. I’ve never purchased a vehicle where the sales manager comes out and greets you and explains the deal. Jaime and Felix are class act sales. I most definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new car. You will not be disappointed! I know where I’m going when we’re ready for our next Honda. I bought a 2021 Accord Sport last year and just purchased a 2022 CRV ex-l. Mung Nguyen was the one who helped me for both of my cars. If you come here, please look for him right away. He was super friendly. He was patient and always try to work his best to find a good deal for me, and never feel pushy. Highly recommend to call him before you come to Capital City Honda. Also I want to give another shoutout to Phil, who helped me with the financed. He was able to bring down interest rate and also willing to take out the add-on to help me reduce the monthly payment. Overall, the experience was outstanding.

5 stars for excellent customer service! Initially my car was at Elk Grove Honda they treated us like we couldn't afford their services and said it would take 2 weeks to fix my car. So we towed my car to Capital City Honda. Not only did Capital City Honda give us a better quote about %25 less than Elk Grove Honda they also had me back on the rode in 24 hrs- this was over a month ago and I've had no problems with my car. The customer service is stellar! I'll definitely be back- thank you

If your time is valuable and you don't want to sit like a fool for 4 hours waiting for the simplest oil change procedure and wheel alignment, then I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this dealership. I would especially like to mention the absolutely indifferent attitude of an adviser named Ryan, who did not even bother to go and check my car and say that there would be such a big delay, this person absolutely does not care that you arrived at the appointed time and are already waiting patiently for 2.5 hours (when I came up to him first time and asked what the problem was and when it would be ready), he said another 20 min, after 3 hours of waiting - another 10 min, but actually it took an hour and finally I got the car only after talking to their supervisor (Total 4 HOURS!!!, with appointment!) As a result of this horrible service - I missed the appointments at my clients. Enough said.

Awesome customer service! They told me it would be an hour wait and that’s exactly what it was. Affordable prices and a brand new coffee machine for complimentary coffee while you wait. I sure wish they would put the sticker in my window to remind me when I need my next oil change. Everything else is perfect and I totally recommend them to everyone

My wife and I ordered an HR-V from Capital City Honda. Josh Fowler called us when it left the assembly plant and every Friday with updates including the day it arrived at the dealership. It was ready to pick up the next day. Josh took us through the credit application very quickly and smoothly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and personally helped my wife set many of the options on the HR-V before we left. It was certainly the fastest, smoothest, and actually pleasant car buying experience we’ve had and we attribute it to Josh.

Mung was friendly and down-to-earth. He made every effort to find the Honda CR-V design that my wife and I were looking for. He let us know which new vehicles were available on the lot and which were in transit to their location. Keith, the manager, welcomed us as if we were part of his family. He let us know that he was there to help us in any way that he could. My wife and I felt instantly at home. The atmosphere was friendly, and the process was simple. Eagerly, we put a deposit for the color and trim of Honda that we wanted. I wish buying a car was always this fun and easy!
