Philip was amazing throughout the entire process. He was transparent throughout the entire process, and very laid back. In my opinion, every salesperson should have the attitude he does, which is that if you want the vehicle, buy it. If not, that's okay too. I would highly recommend this dealer, but I would specifically recommend going to Philip for a high quality sales experience. Their other staff are friendly and kind, and the atmosphere is welcoming. This is the place to buy from if you want a courteous and professional experience.

Purchased car 9/11/21. Salesperson really didn't sell car.. we liked it and was just waiting on paper to fill out. After reviewing paperwork and pricing we noticed they added warranties without us asking so we talked them out of the warrenties..got the car and immediately noticed it wasn't detailed good or if at all.. 2 weeks later a low oil sign came on.. a quart low. Took it to the dealership and they added oil with an apology. Not even a month into owning the vehicle I had to change brakes. 1 pad was rubbing metal to the rotor. The other pads were worn half way. How can the car be precertified with worn brakes and a quart of oil missing.. then we find out after purchase that the car was in 2 accidents... I feel Abigail the sales person should have said something to us about the accidents instead of sending us to financing and having warranties shoved into the price. like I said she didn't sell the car. We wanted the car, didn't ask for a lower price or anything

I needed to minimize time at the dealership and she did everything she could to get me in and out as quickly as possible. She listened to me carefully and was very thorough. The team tracked down a specific interior color I wanted. Sharon was knowledgeable about the car's electronic systems and walked me through what was new since my last Honda purchase. I drove from Charlotte and the extra distance was worth it.

Lamont was excellent, by far the best experience for buying a car Especially what Covid has done to the car market. These guys went above and beyond to get us in a car at the price that we were comfortable with. The whole experience was outstanding. Lamont was a true person and salesman. No pressure from him or the others. Dealership was extremely nice as were the staff.
