Reny the GM, Ellison my Sales manager, Hari my salesman, Amy in finance, and Mark in the service department all did an exceptional job! I will recommend this crew to anyone. I didn't even want an Acura at first, but these folks made the day fun and everyone was pleasant. I trusted them with my investment, and would have bought a car through them no matter the manufacturer. Honda should feel blessed that this team is backing their brand. I truly feel that I received an amazing deal on a great car. All around amazing service on all fronts, and trust me, I experienced a decent time investment in each department due to my unique situation. My time is valuable, but I felt that the time I spent with them was worth every second. I look forward to buying all my vehicles through Reny and his team! Reny prefers his coffee iced, only a splash of cream with one sugar and Hari prefers an iced black tea lemonade. If you are even remotely considering, or at all interested in any model that Acura offers, bring these guys their Starbucks and give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

We purchased a pre-owned MDX a month ago from here. And, we had a very pleasant experience. We were helped by Adam, and he was not only a thorough professional, but also a fully knowledgeable person on the ins and outs of the car. When you’ve Adam helping you here, there’s no reason to not buy a car. He went over and beyond to leave us delighted; and he left no question unanswered. He also made a few follow up calls a couple of days after we purchased the car to check on us and answer any questions we had, just in case. Overall, this dealership had very nice people; and in particular, no pushy salespeople. The sales manager and the finance manager were also helpful folks. They don’t charge you with any bogus or hidden fees, which other dealers maybe notorious for! We were also given ample of time to test drive our car. And, remember, the dealer did all these at a time when the demand for preowned cars was sky high! That’s because they were always genuine and truthful when it comes to doing business with their customers! We are truly happy that we bought our car from here. If it is another Acura, hands down, I’d head out to McGrath Acura in Morton Grove!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had buying a car. What a good atmosphere. The Sales Manger Ellison was absolutely excellent. Made me feel very comfortable and just gave me a "Buddy vibe" not just all business. The salesmen Rony was also a great guy. Again, I felt like we were buddies by the time I left. Even the owner checked in on me twice to make sure everything was going well. Lastly, Harrison the finance guy....again great to deal with. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Just bought a brand new ‘23 Acura RDX and I couldn’t be more excited. Anyone thinking about purchasing an Acura please look no further than McGrath and ask for Icho if you can. It was the complete opposite of any car buying experience I’ve ever had in the best way possible. They have a customer first no pressure strategy and it’s so transparent. I think I was in and out of this dealership 5 times before I made my decision, and they had the same grace and patience with me every single time. I had a great experience at McGrath Acura of Morton Grove. I was looking for a used car for my son that will last him thru college as he graduates high school in 2 months. His hand me down 08 BMW 328i was a money pit, and was looking for something more reliable, and that can make the trek from Chicago to Los Angeles without breaking down! We were under the gun and only had a couple of days to purchase (I live in Seattle) McGrath Acura was our 5th dealership visit & final stop in 2 days. Rony Benyamin was our sales consultant. He was an awesome, super cool, stand-up guy. He made us feel welcomed right after off the bat. We knew what we came to look at, and the whole process was seamless from initial sit down to finance. I didn't feel pressured whatsoever. Whether you're buying a $13K used car (like us) or $100K car, he treated us the way we expected to be treated as a customer! Amy in finance was also great. Honestly I feel finance is the most stressful part of purchasing a car. She made us feel comfortable, and did not pressure me into buying unwanted things! I highly recommend Rony. I will definitely refer any family or friends who are in the market to give Rony at McGrath Acura of Morton Grove a call!
