My daughter bought her first car here and had such a smooth experience! She bought a 2022 Honda Civc LX and loves it!! There wasn’t a very long wait to receive her car, it was finished being built and delivered to Matt Castrucci Honda in about 2 weeks from when she placed the order for her car. Not bad considering the issues car dealers are having right now.

exceptional service. Brett started out with just minimal info to see if you could make a deal. Then when he found I had my own financing he asked what he could do to get my complete business. He did everything to help me providing exceptional discounts no pressure sales finding a vehicle that met all my specifications and even having someone available and knowledgeable of his transactions with me when he was off of work. Could write much more about how appreciated and well care for and kind and helpful everyone was but would take a day to list it all. Thanks for making a car/truck purchase so easy and friendly never expected that from a dealership.

We had a great experience in our (my wife and I) car search at Matt Castrucci Honda. Andrew greeted us professionally and it didn't stop there. He listened to our preferences exactly and had the perfect vehicle (clean--which we did not experience at other dealerships) waiting for our test drive within minutes. A fair deal was struck with no games played, and we were out of the dealership with our Certified Honda in a timely manner. We would recommend this dealer, and we will definitely go back to see them for our next car purchase. We even had body protectors put on a few days later and the service given was timely, friendly, and efficient. Kudos to Andrew and this group!

The customer care I received on my last visit with my 20yo Honda van with 200,000+ miles was off-the-chart. The new facility is really clean, they made me a fantastic deal, and were done with my oil change in under an hour. I hadn't been there for service in several years and just didn't expect much due to the age of the van. Best new, no significant issues - still running strong!!

Purchased a 2022 Honda Accord yesterday. Our salesman Ronnie did a fantastic job showing us the accord exceeding all of our expectations. Transaction was seamless from sales to the business office where Omar finished our paperwork. We were in and out of there in a flash! Hats off to Paul and his staff for a great experience! Bought my Pilot SE from Matt Castrucci Honda and I was extremely impressed with the car buying experience. The new building there is very impressive and the staff is top notch. The service department was thorough and I could tell they were very experienced even with just doing my first oil change and tire rotation with them. Very satisfied overall. Will recommend!

This dealership has a good selection of cars. That’s where the pro’s end, however. Trying to get an honest price for a car is difficult. If you are interested in playing games and haggling as your car buying experience, this is a good place for you. Otherwise, I would go elsewhere. Details: My salesman decided not to tell me leasing options despite me asking. He made me tell him about Honda’s financing offers without volunteering any information, then came back with a price that was $2500 over initial asking. He never inquired about trade-in. By that point, I was done trying as I knew there was no trust to be had. I may have been able to walk away with a reasonable deal if I had an interest in being hard-nosed or playing games, no point in speculating.
