Returning Customer. I purchased my first Honda CRV 7 years ago from Luther Mankato Honda because they gave me the best deal on my trade and I had a great overall experience. When it came time to trade, I checked another dealership closer to where I’m usually shopping but couldn’t get the car I wanted and didn’t get the overall experience I felt from Mankato. So that day we drove to Mankato and ended up putting our money down to hold a new CRV hybrid due to come in in a month or two. I’ve had it for about 5 days and am loving it. MPG far exceeding my expectations. The whole process from the day we walked back through the door until we walked out with the keys was great. We were even offered similar cars as they became available sooner but I held out for my red hybrid dream!

We had a very good experience buying a used small Suv from Luther Mankato Honda. We were looking for a used Honda CRV & then seen this fully loaded 2016 Buick Encore with low miles on their car lot. We liked our salesman, Chris Hawes, he is a veteran, down to earth & our favorite part is he wasn't pushy at all! It was way after business hours and they were able to finish the paperwork & allowed us to take the vehicle home with us. But Jim Haugdale was very helpful and there was absolutely 0% pressure from him or anyone else.
