So I bought a 2018 Hyundai Sante fe from here 6 days ago on 11/9/22 . Buying process was what it was . But yesterday ( 6 days later) the “new” tires they put on my car imploded while I was on the highway going 70 and could of killed me and my co workers. My car is still under factory warranty and I have an extended warranty. I called to see what lumberton Honda would do because they’re the ones who “put the brand new tires on “ so I figured since it’s been 6 days maybe they’ll be decent humans and at least make it right and get me safer tires. Instead I was met with “well since you didn’t buy the road hazard warranty there’s nothing we can do !” But they’re the ones who chose the tires and sent me on my way. I would not recommend trusting this dealership .it’s costed me a day of work , a new tire and could of costed mine and my co workers lives due to the choice of tire and their lack of care for their customers after leaving the lot. Buy with caution, they care about the sale not your safety ….

Our experience at Lumberton Honda was the best I have ever had at a dealership. Our salesperson, Loy Jordan Allen is the best. She showed us all options and helped us pick the best fit for us. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She guided us through all the steps to buying our new car. She was patient and excited to help us. I will definitely go back to Lumberton Honda. When you go, be sure to ask for Loy Jordan Allen! She's the best!

My daughter and I was traveling from MD to FL and the undercarriage of our 2018 Honda Civic would scrape the road every time we went over a hump. I decided to call a head to the Honda Lumberton, NC dealership to see if we could do a “pit stop” to have it checked out. I was asked ETA and I told them about 3 hrs. I was told to pull right in and see April. Well, 2-1/2 hrs. later we did just that. We drove into the express service area, we told them we called ahead and was told to see April. Needless to say, April was expecting us and took our keys immediately to have our car checked out. After using the restroom, a lap around the dealership, and looking at the cars on the lot, we headed back inside to ask April how long they said it was going to be? She immediately went back to check and came back and said it was ready. WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE APRIL AND THE MECHANICS SHOWED US IN THAT 30 minutes!!!!! Keep up the GREAT service! Thank you again April for your OUTSTANDING Customer Service! ☺️

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would!! Keith was my salesman and he was incredible from start to finish. I test drove the new 2023 HR-V and fell in love, the second I got out of the car he said that I'd be driving that car home that night. And he was right! He did everything he could to get me into the price range I was comfortable with and he made it happen. I could not thank him enough for his patience and efforts. Highly recommend Lumberton!! 10/10 for me.

I went to Lumberton Honda just to look at the price of Honda Accord’s will no real intentions of purchasing one. When I got on the lot, there were three black sports that were really nice (what I was looking for in a car). Keith the salesman walked up and introduced himself and I gave him the 30 second pitch. He did the same and showed me a 2022 platinum white hybrid Honda Accord Sport. We spoke a few more minutes and about 1 1/2 hours later I drove the car home. The group of salesman (Keith), financial (Robert), and management I dealt with were professional, respectful of my time and ensured they kept us informed. I would recommend Lumberton Honda!

Trent and April were very professional and helpful! I assumed there was going to be some type of fee for looking at my car, but they didn’t charge anything! The time wait was not long at all and everything is working well. I will definitely come back if I ever need my car looked at or buying a new one!

Came to Lumberton Honda today with my wife with 100% intentions on trading in our vehicle. We were greeted by Jacob who made sure we weren’t there looking for anyone specific first. Then helped us walk away in a brand new Honda Passport. Brandon was able to get us exceptional value on our trade and Anthony in Finance was able to get us some extra perks and warranty coverage while barely adding anything to the new monthly payment….to top it all off Jacob hasn’t even been on the sales floor by himself for a month! I couldn’t tell…Lumberton Honda outdid themselves today 💪🏽
