I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership but I only bring it here for maintenance. They do a routine inspection when I come in for a simple oil change. They check my tires and even run it through the wash. If there Is other work to be done...they take time to explain and show me. I understand all cost are upfront and I really appreciate it. This is the WORST dealership! If I can give this place 0 stars, I definitely would!! I’ve been dealing with them for years when it comes to my oil change & other services & just putting up with the sarcastic attitude when trying to schedule an appointment or being scheduled out for 2+ weeks only because it’s convenient. I usually try to drop off my car rather than sitting & waiting because a simple oil change can take 2+ hours with appointment. This time I tried to schedule an appointment for an oil change & he said they are booked 3 weeks out.. I called another day to try to walk in to see the wait time but apparently they don’t do that. It’s hard to believe that they have absolutely no availability & every appointment was fulfilled.. maybe they have made all the money they need to & have no need to squeeze anyone in who is willing to wait. I rather travel an extra 30 minutes to the next Honda dealership for any service before I travel 10 minutes to Lucas Honda again.
