Loving Honda Dealership in Lufkin, Texas

I just recently purchase a brand new 2022 Honda Pilot (Sonic Grey Pearl Sports Edition) from Loving Honda. Normally car buying experiences can be stressful, and difficult but this one was far from that. I had the most wonderful car buying experience and all this was done over the phone! I live about 2 hours away from Lufkin, TX. and decided to shop outside of our normal surroundings due to the extra accessory inflation prices that are being added to the MSRP of vehicles near and around the city of Houston. I spoke with John over the phone and explained to him the specific car I was looking for. He provided superb customer service and gave me several options. Since Loving Honda did not have my specific car onsite, their inventory manager was able to locate one with another dealership, and did a dealer trade. I reserved the vehicle with a Refundable $500.00 down deposit. A few other deal ships are NOT doing refundable reservations. John also informed me that Loving Honda is not adding on the extra surcharges that other dealerships are doing. I was really impressed by this statement. I have shopped around and gathered several pricings from other dealerships and a lot of them are adding extra charges to inflate their prices. I was able to submit pictures via text message for our 2020 Honda Pilot trade-in. I got a above fair value for my trade-in. I also provided a quote sheet from another dealership to see if Loving Honda could compete and provide me with better pricing. They did! The Sales Manager Roberto offered me an extra $500.00 discount off MSRP and discounted the bumper-to-bumper extended warranty. We never buy extended warranty so to purchase this was a breakthrough. Since I was not able to drive out to Lufkin, TX. Loving Honda had my new car dropped off at my home and picked up my trade-in vehicle. The entire car buying experience took only 5 business days to complete including the drop off. Amazing! I am so thankful I did not settle for the surrounding Honda dealerships in my area and went to Loving Honda in Lufkin, TX. We will be repeat customers from now on! I just purchased a brand new 2022 Honda Accord from Loving Honda that I absolutely love. Roberto Rodriguez was kind enough to hold on to it until I was able to get there the next day. He was honest & straightforward from the start, which I really appreciated. The salesman, Ivan Gonzalez, did a great job at getting to know me and being super friendly, rather than just trying to sell me a car, which made me feel very comfortable with the purchase. Big thank you to Loving Honda Service. I took my Accord in thinking I was going to have to replace a starter. They diagnosed that it was a dead cell in the battery, saving me some money. Thank you guys for your HONESTY AND INTEGRITY, something that has become scarce in customer service now adays. 10 stars in my opinion.

Had great experience with sales agent. However not the sales manager he became aggravated about asking about different vehicles, deals and pricing along with interest rates. The sales manager did not bother close the deal and failed to explained all lined items fees. Double check paperwork and make sure that no added Fees, ask about gap and extended warranty pricing is added.

I bought a new car today from John Mcadams. Robert Rodriguez did the financing. Both very good professional folks. They made it very painless, were very efficient and friendly. I will go back to them when I am ready to trade again.
