Service technician, Bruce, was absolutely knowledgeable, patient and engaging when I brought my vehicle in for service this a.m. He paid attention to my request to not rotate my tires (I always take it to the tire shop where I purchased them from). Bruce kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and was pleasant to deal with. Past service providers have been absolutely uninvolved, disinterested or plain dumb when it comes to dealing with customers. Thankfully, Long Beach Honda employs solid professionals, like Bruce, to handle the business and make my trip to the dealer an enjoyable one 👍👍👍

This is for the service department, not sales: I took my 2018 Acura TLX to Ling Beach Honda (located in Signal Hill) for B1 service. The service advisor Brenden Brown was helpful, however when I pulled my car out of the lot the tire pressure was low in the driver-side front tire, despite the fact that tire pressure checks are supposed to be a part of the inspection. After looking at the tire I actually found that there was a nail in the tire! They missed an actual nail in the tire during their "multi-point" inspection (see picture). They actually rated the tire with a nail in it "green" (see second picture). The technician Pablo Vasquez missed the nail, and the foreman Mike Gomez never returned my call after I called to complain about the clear safety issue. Over the past 2-3 years service at this dealer has been terrible. I can't believe they let me drive off the lot with a clear safety issue! Their customer service has also been lacking, as when I finally got ahold of someone to tell them about the issue they did not want to do anything or take any responsibility. This dealer is weakening the Honda brand and someone should talk to the manager and fix the service department. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office.



What an awesome car buying experience. Both Hayden and Carlos were amazing. Smoothest transaction with a vehicle purchase that I’ve ever had. We live quite a distance from their location so Hayden even delivered our car to us. I will definitely recommend their dealership and they will be my first choice for my next vehicle purchase as well. Thank you Hayden and Carlos. My daughter and I had an Awesome experience at LongBeach Honda. Prince and Manny were so nice and very informative. The car lot is huge and had a lot of great inventory. I'm not usually the one to leave a review but I am very disappointed in the sales service at this dealership. First I scheduled an appointment with a sales person, I arrive to be told that sales person was not there after being told they would be there. I get another sales person who was very pushy. Secondly, this dealership still has a market adjustment. (market adjustments are over now). Overall I just felt disrespected after speaking with Nader. As an educated buyer, paying for accessories over 3K that you don't want and a market adjustment of another 3k is absurd. David I am willing to talk when these so called mandatory accessories are negotiable.
