Competitive price, fast service, and accommodating! In a world with chip shortage, it is a hard to be a buyer because many dealerships take advantage of this situation to hike up the price so unreasonably. Not at this Long Beach BMW! Their price was the most competitive I could find. Their sales staff worked hard to accommodate me with my needs. I ordered a brand new M440i with them. It took longer than expected (roughly 4 months) for the car to be delivered but it was because of semiconductor shortage and not really the dealership’s fault. Due to my very busy work schedule, my time was limited during the purchasing process. I was impressed that they got me in and out quickly. Donte from sales worked hard to get me the deal I wanted quickly. Daniel from finance also helped me expedite the paperwork and finance process. Andy from sales who is also a BMW genius has also answered all my questions regarding all the high tech stuff in my very nice M440i even after I drove it home. I want to recognize and thank all three of them as well as everyone else at the dealership for the best experience purchasing a BMW. Would definitely come back when I’m in the market for another BMW!

The Service department at Long Beach BMW is clearly a competitive advantage. Just had a Z4M in for maintenance for low speed vibration issue. Part needed to be replace and was back ordered for 6 WEEKS. The service manager (Javier) and the parts manager pulled some strings and got part in a couple of days. TOTALLY fixed the problem. Car came back SUPER clean too. Javier is the BEST and is a BIG asset to Long Beach BMW (if you guys read this, give Javier a bonus, he deserves it. AWESOME well done!!!

Revised review – My experience with Long Beach BMW was great. The sales team was able to meet my needs while providing a lease package better than other BMW locations. Transitioning from Mercedes to BMW, Ace made sure I was comfortable with all the bells and whistles on my new car. Whenever I text my sales person Ace, he responds promptly about all matters.

I always have such wonderful service when I visit LB BMW and this time was no exception. The kindness and customer service exhibited by Joshua when I arrived was so reassuring. He took care of my need for an oil change and went above and beyond in customer care. He gave me upfront information as to how long the service will take, and went over some of the issues my vehicle was having. He was very understanding and professional. I surely hope when I come back for my follow up visit that I will be scheduled with him. He is trustworthy and honest as well as knowledgeable. He is an asset to Long Beach BMW. I had an awesome experience and our salesman Robert was awesome. He really knew about the car and guide us through all the tips and features. In all our previous times I’ve bought a car usually a salesman just shows you the car and let’s you test drives but Robert went above and beyond. It was phenomenal that I couldn’t walk-out empty handed. Also, Richard was extremely helpful during our financing process. Very cool employees.

One of the nicest service experiences I've experienced in the car industry. My service advisor was Alex and he made sure I'm fully taken care of when I visited the dealership for service. I've brought multiple cars here, and every time I was treated with respect. They've been courteous of my time and my convenience each time I put my foot in their service department. This is not just a review, but I thank you note to their service and especially Alex for taking care of us with such urgency and respect.

Long Beach BMW does it again! This is my second time purchasing a BMW from this dealership and I can’t imagine going anywhere else (wish I could give this experience a 10 star review). On my hunt for a new car, I spoke with several sales teams at surrounding BMW dealerships and the level of service, market knowledge, responsiveness, and authenticity you get at Long Beach BMW is miles ahead of the competition. I worked with Alan at Long Beach BMW for the second time and he was incredible. Buying or leasing a car can feel overwhelming, but Alan made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and we reviewed all of my options together. I never felt like I was getting the “wool pulled over my eyes” or backed into a corner, forced to make a deal. I felt like I was treated fairly from start to finish and I really appreciated how he led with transparency and listened to what mattered to me. I’ll only work with Alan moving forward and recommend you do the same. Also, kudos to the whole sales team - Jason, Sam, and Matt were also so helpful and a pleasure to work with. Felt nice to have people in my corner, helping me make the best decision for me!
