Brett and Brandon were awesome. Got our new car here. Beat our credit union on the rate. no low inventory price make ups or hidden fees at pick up. Pushed the extra warranty but not as far or aggressively as other experiences. Would recommend. Also it's recently renovated so the coffee machine is awesome and everything is brand spanking new. Bathrooms new also and clean. All touchless except door out so had to use my shirt to pull handle. Would pee here again.

Took my car to a shop near my house, to just get my A/C checked. for blowing hot air, and my engine light was on.they said I needed everything from a transmission to new struts.(I'm not that stupid) then I went to a chain shop . They fixed the engine light issue but then my SUV had a roaring noise when I was at higher speeds, took it back and they said they didn't hear it.( yeah right.) So I made an appointment with Lia Honda ,fearing the overcharges from unnecessary parts and labors most dealership repairs do and less than friendly service people. Ernie W greeted me with a smile and listened to me issues. They couldn't find the problem on first visit but when I returned they found the air intake tube detached. They only charged me for the one visit apologized for having to make me return and included a 15% new customer discount. I will certainly make Lia Honda. my place for repairs. Your service and office staff are amazing.

We bought a used 2019 Honda car from here and Grant Little was very helpful in the whole transaction process. This review was overdue. But reading other people's review little bit worries me about the rust or being lemon. I asked Grant and he assured about no rust, but I didn't ask about lemon. Will have to see. Hope it doesn't come down to that. Our main reason to buy used car from dealer was to avoid such situations.

Christophe Dollard was our salesperson and made every step of our new lease, from our initial phone call to the day we drove our HR-V home, easy and satisfying. We hadn't gotten a new car in many years, so I wasn't sure what to expect of the process. The process was awesome. He listened to what we needed, didn't push us on lots of upsells, and came through with the vehicle as hoped. We love the new ride, and Christophe was smart, efficient, and really likable as a person. Solid dude. Very highly recommended.

If buying a car please visit Lia Honda and ask for Rob Dawes this gentleman was excellent at what he does. Everything was seamless for the most part. Rob was not pushy. He asked what we wanted, showed us what we asked to see and sold us a car we couldn’t be happier to have! Thank you Rob and Thank you Lia Honda! We will be back next time!

We had a great experience at Lia service. On the way out of town, we had unexpected car troubles. Despite being told they were slightly short staffed, they took my car car quickly and had me on the road in less than 2 hours. Nice waiting room facilities and good machine coffee.

Yesterday I bought a car from Lia Honda Albany. My overall experience was OK, but this is staff name Phil Singh Who was absolutely horrendous, he was one of the worst employee I have ever seen, he has no manners how to talk to people and nonetheless we spend almost $38,000 at his store. I will not recommend anybody to communicate with this is staff. if it was not an urgent need for car probably I will not buy car from him. Other staffs at Lia Honda were fine people.

I’ve been looking for a new car for a while. Time to shop and research is limited, and very consuming, but after a bad experience with Depaula trying to take advantage of that I took my time figuring out what vehicle I wanted and narrowed it down to two options. I worked with Jay Birnnaum at Honda and was never pressured or manipulated just to make a sale that day. He was accommodating to the fact I needed time to make this big decision and gave me a great run down of the Honda CRV EX-L. I’m very happy with my purchase and how I was treated here and would highly recommend checking these friendly folks out!
