Thank you! Chris R was very professional. He explains to us everything we need to know about the type of vehicle we are looking for. Other staff member even ask if I get helped while my wife was test driving - they are awesome. As for the vehicle, even if they dont have the vehicle there that evening, he worked with the Manager (thank you, Sir! sorry I didn't catch your name) to get the car from far away and brought it here the next day. Shawn and Markeith P. helped with the paperwork. It was an easy process thanks to these gentlemen. The entire Monterey team are great! Easy to work with, efficient, friendly and professional.

This dealership is probably the worst dealership I've been to. Sales people were being shifted around. They tried to charge us over $3k for a lousy and unneeded packages such as nitrogen in tires instead of just air (which makes no difference), plus putting plastic film on door edges (probably a $300 job max) additional amounts for all sorts of fees and services. Pretty much zero heads up info on a pre-ordered car - we had call all the time and ask for the updates. They never included or installed the satellite theft system. Never included or installed the wheel locks. Worst of all is that they did a credit check on us 3 times, when it should have been only one time. We pretty much paid cash for the car and financed only a small part, with over 700 credit score. Now our credit score has dipped. We called about this and Steve said this and I quote "well, what did you expect, there are 3 credit bureaus, right? Did you want to buy a car or not?". Totally rude and unprofessional. The staff is unprofessional, it's almost like some shady used car salesman gimmicks - pretty much no customer service training that you would expect from a luxury brand. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM LEXUS MONTEREY PENINSULA! (We bought ours there because the model we wanted is rare and hard to get, will never deal with them again, never)

The staff at Lexus Monterey peninsula are friendly and helpful. The servicing I had completed was done efficiently and on time. The waiting area, along with coffee and snacks are appreciated.

Great place to buy or lease a vehicle. Very friendly staff very knowledgeable regarding each car and the service department is very knowledgeable.

We drive literally 400 miles to have our vehicle serviced here. We come to the Monterey Peninsula three or four times a year and I schedule our trips around the service needed for my Lexus. Competent, professional, timely - just outstanding service!
