What a great car buying experience! I've bought dozens of cars in my life and this was probably the most pleasant experience I've had. They were upfront about pricing and the vehicle condition (12 year old 4runner). They closed the deal and delivered the next day, much sooner than I expected! All of the documentation was submitted to the DMV quickly so that I got my permanent tag well before the 30 day tag ran out. Caleb Garner was fantastic and touched base the day of delivery and a couple of weeks after delivery to make sure I was good to go. Highly recommend buying from these fine folks!

Love the brand new building! The staff was some of the friendliest I've ever dealt with. Really appreciated my salesman Mike Hudson, we chatted and laughed through the whole process making it as painless as possible. Will be buying my next vehicle here and sending all my friends and family as well!

We brought our Honda in for warranty work and it was returned to us with a broken dash. A replacement was ordered and I had to miss work for the 2nd appointment- only to find out an hour in that the part ordered was incorrect. This time the vehicle was returned to me with a broken dash as well as a nonfunctional radio. We were not called when the new part arrived, we had to call Leith - and it will be yet another week before this situation can be addressed. I travel for work and my vehicle is beyond embarrassing with its destroyed dash and I cannot have it detailed in the state it is in, plus my 30+ hours/week behind the wheel in silence is nearly unbearable. We will not be visiting Leith in the future for the maintenance of our Honda.

I highly recommend the Leith dealership in Aberdeen. The sales reps know their vehicles and work together to ensure the customer has what they need. I have purchased several vehicles from here and have always been treated fairly and with respect. I needed to replace my daughter’s vehicle. John Megyes identified a quality used vehicle in my price range, and my daughter loved it. She was happy, I was happy and the transaction was very efficient. Great job yet again!

Absolutely terrible service. Have been by several times to have an issue addressed. Made an actual appointment to have my tires done and then they ask me if I want the alignment at the end of my service appointment like they didn’t have it all day already. Finally found out the issue with my car right after warranty expired. Turns out it’s a very common problem for my Honda ! Should be a recall!!! Mark the service “manager” was not helpful and very rude !!! Did not care about my problem. To top it off, I found out that I can replace the part myself, and they were going to charge me DOUBLE what the part even cost making this a nearly $2,000 fix. Something that they know people are having issues with. To say I’m disgusted is putting it mildly. You suck Honda of Aberdeen !!!!!

Out of all of the car purchases we have made over the years this was the strangest one of all. We're out here living in a world like none we have experienced before. Finding new cars on lots seem to be very rare today. Then we met Caleb who quickly became our Honda Guy. He's been helpful through the process. The whole Honda family made us feel right at home and made the ever-stressful process of buying a car the easiest and best experience we have ever had! Not to mention out of all the places I went and called Leith Honda was the fairest price in “today's world of inflation” we could find. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Go! You will not be disappointed in the service you get and of course, my new Honda Accord is Ah~mazing! Ask for Caleb Garner, he's the best!
