Jon Austin met me and checked me in promptly with a good professional manner, reviewed my needs and advised me of another matter that I should consider. “It’s time to change out the timing belt as recommended by Honda”. He advised me of all that would be done with this service and quoted me a price to do the complete job, which I’m taking under advisement. I was there for an oil job and that was done ahead of time and my car washed and brought into the shop. The entire service was done on time and with the price quoted. Well done Honda and the service team.

Our salesman Nick was great! He treated us like people he was trying to help find a car that best suited our needs instead of like some other dealerships we went to that felt like they were trying to con us into something we didn’t want at a undisclosed price. Nick was very easy to get along with, knowledgeable but not afraid to say when he didn’t know and would find out, not pushy at all, and seemed genuinely more interested in making sure we had a good experience and getting what we wanted in a car then trying to make a sale.

I made my appointment for a 100,000 mile tune up and was quoted $1296 over the phone. When I got to the dealership I was told that it was not the correct price and was in fact going to be $2200.. awesome 🙄 The servicing needed to be done so I went ahead and still did it. They were kind enough to give me a loaner car since the servicing would take all day which I appreciate. I also had two back tires the kept losing air and I asked to have that checked on. I also informed them I had Toyota Care from when I purchased my Honda Pilot from a Honda dealership where I previously lived in New York. The Toyota care covered the tired if they had screws or nails and a NEW tire would be put in the car in that event. I got a call later that day that there were two nails found one in each back tire but the man that was helping me knew nothing about Toyota care and didn’t want to be bothered with looking around for the info to process that so he decided without consulting me first to pull the nails and put plug in the tires. Which I did not ask for and would have told them to leave the nails so I can bring the car to someone who would put forth effort to do the right thing and use my Toyota care. When I picked up the car the man who was helping me Jon wasn’t there but Trent helped me. Which I am sure he quickly regretted once he heard how upset I was about the tire situation. He suggested I bring my car to Toyota and that it sounded like a made up story that I had Toyota care from buying my car at a Honda dealership. So basically calling me a liar. Cool. Overall not a good experience considering I just dropped $2,200 at their dealership I would just expect a little better service. Also when asking for the manager of the service department I was told there wasn’t one there and they didn’t have a card or phone number for them. Awesome customer service guys 👏🏽 Needless to say I’ll take my business elsewhere. And the manager will be hearing from me Monday morning 🙂

Amazing experience, Dale Mercer really was patient and gave us a great deal. During final closing paperwork an error was noticed and the team/management did everything to make it right and compensated us for the mistake. My family has been buying Hondas from this dealership since 2006, I will always come back to this Honda dealership going forward. It was a completely different experience than my dealership experience in the past at another Honda dealership in Kansas. Thank you for getting us back on the road!

My experience with Lee's Summit Honda was great! I had been car shopping for a few months and went to a few different dealerships. Upon arriving I was greeted and then introduced to Aaron. I told him what I was wanting to look at and test drive, and without any of the pressure or run-around he had it pulled up and ready to test drive. I appreciated his thoughtfulness of a busy schedule and i worked with him to buy my vehicle. The free powertrain warranty also was a good add on to the deal.

I walked into lees summit Honda not really expecting to buy a car that same day , I assumed that my expectations were too high. Ian leverich greeted us when we came in & asked what brought us in. I let him know a Honda Accord was my very first car & it was the best car I ever had. I told him my price range & the payment I was looking to stay under per month. He found us the perfect fit immediately ! One of the first cars he showed us was the one we ended up buying !! I really liked that my request were not met with rude faces or him saying it’s not possible , he had a very determined attitude & he worked wonders for us. We did end up going a tad bit higher than we wanted too per month but it’s far cheaper than what other dealerships quoted us. I would definitely recommend Ian to anyone wanting to purchase , he & his team were amazing ! 10/10 experience.
