Just purchased a used BMW X3 from Darrell. The car is great. Can’t say enough good things about Darrell and the dealership. I live in North Carolina and he made this process so simple. Great price and very upfront on any other fees. Darrell helped me every step of the way he even took care of the shipping which was such a load off my back and ordered another key fob so I didn’t have to. The car is even better then I thought. So very satisfied. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. I know if I’m in the market for another BMW I’m giving Darrell a call😁. Thank You again Darrel!!!!

I went to this dealership to get my car serviced. First of all, the attendant in the service area was not welcoming at all. Instead of greeting me, he stared me down and said "what's going on". I was already put off by that. Then, when I got my car back, there were some oil skid marks on the driver seat. I had to get someone to clean the mess. Needless to say that it was quite an underwhelming experience. The only reason why I'm giving it 3 stars is because of my service adviser, Omer Khan, who was great to work with. As a customer who spent over $50k on a vehicle, I expect more.

Great service at an easily accessible location. The dealership is located near other dealerships and other businesses. You can easily get to each from any direction on the main Street. The service garage can fit a decent number of cars. Checking in is fairly quick. The service (as usual) depending on your needs is well timed and the communication is great. When you visit you feel at home. The people are super attentive and provide great customer service. They went above and beyond to provide great service. The pricing is reasonable. The staff found a way to accommodate a loaner and other services. I would very much recommend it.

Super clean and nice place. We drove two hours from Madison and it’s my first time buying a car. Alex was so helpful and kind that even worked for me for several hours on his day off. The purchase process was very smooth with excellent service. Will definitely recommend this place

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! Jess was a true advocate for us and never made us feel like she was being deceitful or hiding anything. She bent over backwards to get us what we wanted and even stuck around after she was technically already off work to make sure we weren’t alone. We canceled our plans of test driving Mercedes because we simply wanted to do business with her. You’ve got a BMW customer for life! All because you treat people the way they want to be treated.

I purchased a CPO sedan from this dealership. The dealership is nice, clean , and quiet . The car was not perfectly detailed inside and outside but clean and in good mechanical condition compared to what most other dealerships offered for sale. I am happy with the balance of price I paid and the overall condition of the car. There were just a few minor overlooked or missing components, but I worked with Lilly and she shipped out everything I asked for. Lilly is the most efficient and no nonesense person I worked with at a dealership so far. The finance office will try to sell you products, no surprise there, but I was treated courteous and with just the right amount of pushing. Just be aware that some products will be promoted as bundles. That will not work for everyone so pay attention when signing the papers to get only what you need. Overall I am happy with the transaction and I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car again at BMW Laurel of Westmont.
