I’ve used this service twice now and both times the customer service, tech service, and communication were outstanding. They make sure they understand exactly what you want done with your car, review pricing up front, call if there are questions based on what the technician observes, and when the service is complete they call and review everything that was done. Throughout the service I had the ability to communicate with the technician if I had questions or something I forgot to mention. The icing on the cake is the video the technician takes of your car while walking through the services performed. And the cherry on top is picking up your car that has been freshly washed! I was pleased with the politeness of the staff and the way I was treated. I was glad the shop was able to eliminate two issues but I am convinced they created a third issue by reprogramming the footwell module/CPU with the wrong version of code. My windows don’t work right and as a consequence, the convertible top doesn’t work. I’ll reserve final judgment for after the next service when they’re supposed to correct that third problem.
