I was dealing with Sherri for over 2 months on purchasing a new Civic for my son. The experience was very very disappointing to say the least. This sales person always seems too busy, and only wanted to deal with the sale via text message.( I should’ve known better assuming everything is okay and she is just really busy)The car was in transit to the dealership. I was not given an ETA,and no follow up at all or anything until 8:30PM Saturday night 1/7/23 I received a text message saying the car arrived at the harbor. Receiving the text late I texted her back on Sunday confirming the purchase and she sent me a credit application link to complete. I filled it out online Sunday gave all my information and ID’s via text, she said the dealership was closed but would work on it 1st thing Monday morning 1/9/23. I get a text Monday morning saying they can find my credit app. After a short delay they found the application and processed to run a credit check and give me price quotes on the car via text. I called her and it went to voicemail, so I left her a message to call me back asap. she texted me to saying she is with a customer and she will call me back after. When she called me back 30 minutes later I told her that I was putting $3,000 down and wanted to take delivery asap. She said my application is with there finance manager and I could take delivery tomorrow as the car is not even had been through inspection yet. I told her that would be fine and to get everything with financing with my local credit union finalized. Approximately 30 minutes later I get a text saying that another salesperson sold the car. I immediately messaged her back, she said was sold because someone else put a deposit 1st. I thought we had a verbal agreement, and finalizing the agreement. I tried calling her back and went to voicemail. I drive to the dealership as I work right around the corner from them. I speak to the manager and told him the situation. Come to find out they sold/ accepted the offer on the car to a person from Honolulu. Then I speak to the GM Ron and told him the situation. Instead of doing the right thing by a customer who lives on Kauai, they stick to there script, and said there is nothing he can do for us besides to source another car which could take up to a year. Long story short I have a have a hard inquiry on my credit report , and my son is without a car. I felt they screwed us over and not doing the right thing. They Don’t take care of Kauai residents first who give them all there business. Go to Servco Toyota instead.

Crystal was very helpful and was able to assist me in transporting the car from Lihue to Honolulu. Everything was done via phone and email, no need to travel or fax anything. A great experience!

Shannon was one of the only salesmen i have ever had respect for. Straight to point, clear and concise, did not try to upsell or swindle me, answered all my questions and gave personal advice if it were his vehicle. Rest of the staff were all very efficient and kind as well. Paperwork went by in a breeze. I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing a new vehicle which is greatly appreciated being such a large investment. Would recommend to all my family and friends that they are the best!

Bought a car in December 2021. Had to have several repairs done with waiting weeks/months for appointment. I was also promised free oil change and safety check. When I called about scheduling an appointment I was told “we don’t do that anymore” Me-“ So The sales person was bs-big me?” Them “ yeah have a nice day” Hangs up phone* Please either honor what you say or just don’t lie to your customers…. It’s messed up
