Tyler was the sales rep I worked with and he was awesome. It's my first time buying a brand new car and he walked me through every step of the process. In the early stages, he even caught a defaulted account on my credit report that I never knew about and I was able to get that cleared up with his help. Overall an excellent experience with the sales and other staff I worked with. I would absolutely recommend working with the Riverdale staff/dealership.

My wife's Honda Civic needed to have some air conditioning work done. So, we took it over to Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale. Our customer service guy was Jesse. I received text updates throughout the time the car was in the shop and even received a video diagnosis done by the mechanic explaining exactly what was wrong and what would be needed to fix the problem. Jesse kept me informed, and I like that! I recommend Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale for anyone in the area looking to have their car serviced or mechanic work performed.

Times are crazy so having to order a car and wait for its arrival isn't ideal. Neither is paying full price and being told you're getting a good deal. That said I purchased a new car and everything went quickly at the dealership. They weren't competitive on my trade-in so I kept it for private sale. Overall it was a decent experience, the third new car I've bought from Ken Garff because their sales team is good to work with.

They took care of my vehicle and was able to get it back to me the same day! There was a rock stuck in my brake caliper. It was Free of charge to check my car. Really appreciate it.

Recently purchased another vehicle here, I would like to give all my thanks to Jeremy Butler for the vehicle purchasing journey. I've waited for a good 5 months for it to arrive, it was well worth it to get what I wanted. I've been content with my with my first vehicle that I've purchased here back in 2017, this dealership first came into mind when I was in the market for a second vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership, thank you all for what you do!

I reported an issue with the service department and was contacted by the service manager about the experience. Rick was awesome and has made it right with me. I appreciate the candor and honesty - things that I didn't expect from a car dealer. These guys are actually the real deal! I thought "we hear you" was a gimmick, but they 100% came through with that promise. My perspective has very much changed, and I am a happy Ken Garff customer once again. I will be returning for future service.

The sales people and service techs are great. I gave them 2 stars because their kid playroom is aweful. Everything is super dirty, the toys are scattered, random, and broken. Anything with batteries doesn't turn on. There's a TV, but there aren't any DVDs or TV channels that work. It's also too warm in here.

Tyler did a great job. The car was thoroughly cleaned and prepped. Karen is proud of her new toy. We appreciated the new muffler and the full tank of gas. The entire process was quick and easy. We have enjoyed our 14 years of service from Ken Garff Honda and look forward to many more.
