Our service manager Scott gave us incredible service!! he let us fully describe the problem and helped us leave assured that he understood the issue and would do whatever it took to help us out. Even when the part we needed wasn’t in stock or easy to find, he went above and beyond and found one for us quickly so our car would be fixed and ready for our wedding/honeymoon just a few days later. It was my first time stopping by this dealership, so I was a little nervous at first, but his kindness and diligence made it easy to trust this dealership with our car.

Scott was great. I had my car towed and fixed within the same day. They were up front about the cost including taxes. They send videos and the breakdown of the price before you even pick up the car. Also Scott was honest with telling me that two of my recommended services can wait until my next oil change. Also gave me a free car wash and let me know about a warranty on my battery. Definitely recommend!

The Saturday office staff was exceptional. My car developed a severe misfire and had to be towed. While waiting for the tow truck, I telephoned Garff Honda. The young lady was very understanding and did an excellent job in assuring me that everything would be taken care of. Very professional The service department, was great as well. They started working on my car earlier than expected on Monday morning. The problem was identified and at my request, only the problem was repaired. As expected a number of other issues were brought to light. There was no hard sell. Communication via text, email, and phone were excellent. I hope to never break down away from home again. If I am in Utah County I will not hesitate to call on Garff Honda.

Service is fine I suppose. Was told it would be three hours and it took 5.5. Had to call multiple times to get an update. You would think if it’s going to take double the time you quoted that you could call or send a text letting the customer know. I questioned the price of a service which made the service manager frustrated. She asked a coworker and he told her it was $25 cheaper than she told me. In my mind you go to a dealership for the service. The service here doesn’t seem any better than a random road side shop. So why am I paying the huge mark up again? On my previous service they failed to fix the issue though they said they had. I knew within 10 seconds of getting in the car that the issue was still present. I think I may look into a cheaper shop since there doesn’t seem to be any great benefit of going to the dealership. I wish this was not the case, I would happily pay more if they proved they could be reliable.

Finalized realized what all their “We hear you” billboards mean. They will listen, but only if you say something. They are dreadful at communicating. We ordered a new 2023 Honda Odyssey. Not once during the process did they proactively communicate with us. The “pick-up” process was horrible. 6 hours, 5 of which were just waiting around at various times. Probably would have had to wait longer if we didn’t speak up a few times. After we finally got the vehicle there was no communication for installing the accessories we bought. I had to call in multiple times to find out sales and service hadn’t been communicating. After my calls, I got two follow up calls from both departments with different info (they hadn’t talked to each other). We also financed through Honda. Same result…zero communication. After two calls, I finally had to go into the dealership (5 days before our first payment was due) to get enough information to set up payments. Gave us a lame excuse that the “higher ups” had to approve stuff. That’s great, doesn’t mean you couldn’t have called us at any point to give us at least 1 update. Even an email would have been helpful. Generally, just a very poor experience. Nothing worse than feeling like an afterthought when you’re making a $60k purchase. We will not be buying from this dealership again and won’t be recommending them to friends and family.

Lyle Kilpatrick was great to work with, he was really nice and friendly. We had a specific request during the process and he was able to make that happen. He also worked some magic to get our (ordered) 2023 Honda Passport here sooner than expected…two days before Christmas even! The purchase process was a breeze, which particularly made my husband happy. ;) And I’m happy with my new car. :)
