I fit into the mold of people who “don’t trust car salesman”. I’ve always believed in the stigmas around dealerships trying to “get over on you” or do anything to make that extra buck. I was wary to step foot into a big dealership. Faulkner Honda couldn’t have been further from that experience. The team did everything in their power to make sure that I left with the vehicle that I wanted (2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Upland). Cindy was my sales person and shot it straight the entire time. I genuinely asked her opinion on a few different things regarding the vehicle and she was completely honest, no sugar coating to influence the purchase. Steve the manager (sales manager?) was warm and welcoming, as well as provided some good humor through the process. Sue in financing was awesome, she really put the bow on the entire package. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase a vehicle out of my price range, and they definitely didn’t make me feel pushed into buying the extras on the warranty. Overall, outstanding experience. Very easy to buy the vehicle, total process took about 4 hours between two visits. 10/10 experience. I’d highly recommend (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) working with Cindy and her team in this location, they’ll take care of you.

When I first arrived at Faulkner Honda I expected it to be like every other dealership. But I was pleasantly surprised how polite and patient the employees were. They answered all my questions and concerns with ease. They employee that was the biggest help was named Gaige, he want to make sure I liked the car first before pushing financing options on me. Gaige was new to Faulkner family but he seemed as if he new how to be a better salesman then most I've ever come to in counter. Over all my experience at Faulkner Honda was amazing and they will be the first dealership I visit in the future when looking for a new car.

I went in for a simple oil change and after waiting there for almost 2 hours I finally got my car back. Once I got on the highway driving home I started hearing a screeching sound so I had to pull over on the high way only to find that there was a metal piece that fell from my car and was now damaged because it was not secured in properly. After calling the dealership instead of towing my car to the dealership, they made me drive my car back with this metal piece scrapping. Then they wanted me to continue driving around with the engine protector missing for 2 days to be convenient to them. When I refused they conveniently found the piece. Overall I ended up spending almost 6 hours at the dealership that day because of the inept service provided to me. And I have yet to be compensated for such. Absolutely horrible service, I blame Faulkner for this because when this dealership was Keenan Honda it was the best service I have had. I definitely will not be returning unless the dealership makes things right. Update: edited my review because I was called and compensated for the mistake.

I never thought I'd be writing a review for car dealership but here we are. Honestly, an amazing experience from start to finish. The interior of the dealership reminds me up an upscale hotel and everybody was incredibly nice. I think 3 different people asked me if I wanted a drink, etc... while I was there. With the way the market was, I had been waiting months for the car to come in. I had been working with Gene, who took good care of me. The day my car finally came in, it was raining really hard, and when I got to the dealership I found Gene had taken my car inside so that my first time seeing it would be perfectly clean. That extra step was really nice and I loved the vehicle. I also had a good experience with the finance expert as well (Kevin, I believe?). They helped me find the right package that fit my budget and also helped with loans through a local credit union, so I got a great rate. They didn't take advantage of the market either. I paid the MSRP on my new car and like Gene told me when I first called, they believe in taking care of their customers in the long term, over making a quick buck in the short term. The company I work for always stresses the importance of the "wow factor" for customer service but this is the first time I really got it as a customer myself. If I ever need another car, I'll be coming back here for sure.

My wife and I recently purchased a CR-V from Faulkner Honda in Doylestown. We absolutely love the car and made a trip to western PA the first weekend we had it. Besides being very happy with the car, the buying experience with Faulkner Honda was friendly and professional. We can attribute that to our salesman, Pat Regan, who made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. He was always available by phone and even called us on his day off. And when our car arrived, he showed us all the features and every detail of the electronics. You could tell that he enjoyed his job and took the time to become knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. That's what you should expect from a great salesman. Our business manager, Steve Kern, was top notch as well, and worked very closely with us to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the deal. We couldn't have been more pleased with the car buying experience we had with Faulkner Honda in Doylestown. We highly recommend them.
