5 stars across the board! From the sales team to service. I stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon to see what vehicles they had because I knew my other car was done for. As soon as I pulled in my eyes were already caught by what they had. I was super excited when Brendon came right over to us. He made sure we were welcomed and more than happy to help us. Brendon had so much knowledge and his energy was perfect. I didn’t feel pressured into buying which was my fear as I’ve never gone through a dealership before. Brendon noticed during the test drive that my A/C was not working properly. He made sure the service team knew about it. Rob from service helped me get my car in right away and even let me have a courtesy vehicle while they worked on it. Rob made sure to call me and keep me updated every step of the way. I have had some bad luck with a different service department that never returned calls. So I was very happy every time I got a call. I am so happy that I chose Keeler and am now apart of the Honda family! Will be returning here for everything my car needs. Thank you so much Keeler for being so friendly and actually making it feel like family!

Jeff Lynch is one of the best car salesmen I have ever come across. He worked with us all day long to get us exactly what we wanted in a car purchase, he was very patient throughout the whole process but even more impressively, remains a cordial communicator to this day! If I ever have a vehicle related problem I just text Jeff and suddenly...its not a problem anymore! That's better than Ferrari level service! That's Rolls Royce high touch convenience...but at a Honda Dealership! What a wonderful establishment. Even though I have since moved out of Albany, I will certainly be returning to Keeler Honda for my future vehicle purchases and specifically, I'll be calling Jeff Lynch to let him know we are going to drop by!

After several rough experiences trying to get my prior vehicle repaired, I finally decided to try and trade it in and get a new car. I knew I wanted to consider getting a Honda again, as the Civic I previously owned fared far better than the Toyota, Chevy, and Nissan I had owned since then. This lead me Keeler Honda, where I had a far better experience than I anticipated. At Keeler Honda they took their time and actually treated us like human beings. This went beyond simply the kind words you would expect from a sales person, to actually getting to know us as individuals and providing the highest level of customer service. As you may know, vehicles can be very difficult to find and at very high prices at this time with inflation and shortages. When I got there, Brendon Sias was the salesperson who helped us and showed us several vehicles (they only had a couple on the lot!) and we ended up test driving an HR-V. It ended up being the perfect vehicle for our family, and they helped every step of the way. From being willing to negotiate up on our trade in, to helping with paperwork, it was a smooth and painless experience. In the past I had trouble getting financing, and needed to have a co-signer to get my previous vehicle and it still had a very high APR. Joe from the finance department spent a lot of time going to different lenders and getting me a rate 60% lower than my previous auto-loan, and without a co-signer! They specifically took steps to make sure that our monthly car payment was in a range that we could afford, rather than pushing it higher. Normally I don’t write reviews like this but it was such a huge relief to get a super reliable vehicle that gets incredible mileage, at a time like this when prices are getting higher and gasoline is just going to keep going up. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, consider going to Keeler Honda and speaking with Mr. Sias. Used cars are so expensive anyway, you may as well get a new one with warranty - and the high value of used cars will only benefit you when you trade your old vehicle in.

We purchased two top of the line odyssey minivans through Keeler and rest assured, we will never purchase through them again, nor will our friends after seeing what we have gone through. As you can see by these pictures, the paint on my van is chipping off in large chunks. There was a manufacturer defect in the paint for the Pearl white odysseys and pilots and Honda was forced to issue an extended warranty to cover the repainting. However, they did not notify their consumers and if you brought your vehicle in past the dates of the warranty, it was up to the discretion of the dealership whether they would help their customers or not. Keeler, despite us having spent close to $90,000 with their dealership, opted to not help us with the paint and wanted to charge 4K instead. So now we are stuck with an unsellable eye sore despite it being a known defect of Honda. *We have owned this car for about 8.5 years, and brought it to Keeler almost a year ago because of the chipping paint. We were informed that the warranty (that was never disclosed to us) had expired a few months prior but that they had the ability to choose if they wanted to still repair it for some of their clients. It was called a "goodwill". And then after a few weeks, we were informed that we were not loyal enough customers to qualify for the goodwill. An interesting aside is that Honda corporation informed us no one from Keeler had filed anything with them.

I kept having to reschedule dates and he was really good about it. I went in already knowing what car I wanted with an approved loan and they went out of their way to help me get a loan with a lower APR which was really helpful and convenient.
