I have had the ultimate pleasure working with Benny here. He has made buying 2 civics so easy. And he really wants you to be happy with what you’re purchasing and truly cares about you. I have never seen that anywhere else. So if you plan on buying a car definitely go to Benny!! He’s the man!

I Sold my car to Kastner and bought a new car the same day but Kastner manager Solomon Wilson would not pay me for the car for almost a month later. His excuse was the title needed to be in Kastner's name first. I talked to the bank and also received proof from DMV that Kastner had ownership rights but he still would not pay me until after returning to the dealership multiple times to request payment and informing them that since they had already sold the car at least a week before, I would notify the DA. Then I got a bill from Fastrak because they drove the car over the bridge and back without changing the registration out of my name. The manager would not return my calls in response to the Fastrak bill. I had to notify DMV I had sold the car the month earlier and then provide Fastrak with the proof. I also was told the dealership is under new ownership and so this may be the new way they do business.

I saw a CRV that I was interested in online and inquired about it. Benny Veneracion responded right away and I arranged a time to go for a test drive. I drove the car and loved it so I purchased it right on the spot. Benny was so helpful and informative. He was patient and did not push or put any pressure on me. He clearly is confident in Honda and let the car speak for itself. I felt like I was working with a trusted uncle. The whole team was great. Mike and Solomon were easy to work with in putting the sale together and they were all very sensitive to my needs. I never felt like I was steamrolled. Showed up near closing to get help on my key fob that was broken. These guys were amazing- they were able to help replace the plastic covering and get me going without wasting anytime!

Lies about the prices and yells and argues when you confront them about why they lied saying the car price was going to be cheaper. Unprofessional staff outright disgusting. Takes advantage of people. And tries to confuse costumers about the price of things. Don’t fall for their scams, their charging the price of a new car for dirty old cars, and the price of a top of the line car for a basic model. Will be suing.

My wife and I bought our first brand new vehicle!! After doing some research and a few test drives we picked a 2020 Pilot Black Edition. Kastner Honda made everything super easy, Drew helped us find the exact vehicle we wanted and Cal made the process go fast and easy! Thank you to everyone that helped!
