Great place to buy a car. We felt very safe and comfortable here. Everyone here was very welcoming the second we walked in the door. We came in with a car in mind but it had just sold. They quickly were able to show us something similar, but it just wasn't the right fit for us. We had Paul as our salesman- he was our guy!! Cannot recommend him enough. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and had our best interests at heart. Once the one car wasn't the right fit for us, Paul wasn't pushy at all and didn't want us to buy something that wasn't perfect for us. We left that night without a car, but Paul knew what we were looking for and kept an eye out for us which was a very big help. We came back around a week later to test drive another car. We ended up buying this one- Paul was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was helpful in answering all of our questions, showing us how to get all the features of the car set up, and helping us figure out our finances for the car. Overall, you want to buy a car here because it's a great company and you want Paul as your salesman because he's a great guy!!

On 10/21/2022, while vacationing near Lancaster PA, as I stated the car on that Friday morning, the computer display area behind my steering wheel lit up like a bad Halloween joke flashing orange and yellow while displaying every possible car failure. Miraculously, the car appeared drivable so we drove it to Jones Honda, the nearest Honda dealer. I was in a panic over driving the car, not knowing what would happen and extremely upset over this happening over 1,000 miles from our Florida home. We had reservations for an all inclusive weekend in another state starting the next evening. Fortunately for us, after driving into the service bay, we were lucky enough to have been quickly assisted by Phil Le. Phil's calm demeanor helped me to calm down. He pointed us towards coffee and donuts and said he would try to have the car diagnosed to see what the problem was and if it could be repaired that day. He managed to fit our car in between other vehicles being serviced and within 3 hours told us what the problem was. Phil said they had the parts and it would be repaired that day and it was! My husband and I will be forever grateful to Phil and to the mechanics who quickly diagnosed & repaired the car. I am especially grateful to Phil for his quiet, professional demeanor and for saving out weekend. The car now runs better than it has in over a year & we made it safely home. We give Phil, the mechanics and Jones Honda's service department a 5 star review!

When I was ripped off by a California Honda dealership, Jones Honda service and team helped me figure out what I needed, what everything cost and pointed me in the right direction. Whole their online contact form doesn't get a response, calling them always gets friendly and helpful service. I'd highly recommend them. I'm so bummed they didn't have the car I wanted in stock originally, but the fact that they stand by their brand even when another dealership makes the sale is awesome

Very straightforward buying experience. Bradyn was very helpful over the phone matching a deal that I was working out elsewhere, and when he wasn't able to be there in person when I was able to, he was able to get a sales manager to work with me. That process was super smooth as they were able to get me the exact deal I was looking for. Car came in much quicker than I thought it was. No shady tricks in the finance department either. Jared in finance didn't try to upsell me anything extra and I got out of there in a little over an hour. Everyone there is super helpful. Very happy with my purchase here.

WILL NEVER RETURN FOR SERVICE!! Their communication skills are terrible. I reached out through calls and text messages for updates on my car and also waiting for the approval of my warranty claim so I could get a rental car , but my Service coordinator Luis V plus his managers delayed taking and sending pictures of my damages to send to the warranty company because they kept prioritizing other cars before mine. They ignored me for 2 days and it took my uncle to have to call the dealership to get my car back into the shop to begin the work. To make it all better when I went to pick up 2016 Odessey, Luis was so flustered he didn’t even have the decency to check me out properly nor apologize for the inconvenience .

Great service... Great people. Tons of knowledgeable people to keep your Honda running smoother. I have 160k on my Honda Accord. Bring your kids while you wait. Awesome complimentary beverages while you wait. Price includes genuine Honda parts so a little up than your mom and pop mechanics. They also do a comprehensive check and recommend things that you might not notice. Overall great experience.

*Buying Used Car Experience: 2 stars* Bought a used 2019 Honda Civic in Nov 2021... reviewing a year later. Thankfully, the guys I worked with are no longer at the used car center. They were all friendly enough but very disorganized and inattentive. I drove from Philly twice to finish the buying process, and the car had still not been detailed, was missing spare tire tools, and was not filled with a full tank of gas as promised. They calculated the wrong taxes twice. Also - I have put an additional 1.5k into repairs within the first 4 months of having the car. Repairs I believe would not have been necessary if due diligence was part of the used car inspection. Coolant hose leak because a Jones technician did not clip the hose back (no warranty bc it wasn't a faulty part). Refilling refrigerant because a Jones tech never fully filled it (no leak, so it wasn't covered by warranty). Had to recalibrate all the cameras bc the sensor was off center (again, no warranty coverage since nothing was broken). I had to take care of these repairs in Philly. Service experience: 5 stars! That being said...I went to Jones for a free oil change and the second key I was promised plus a full tank of gas (this was all promised free of charge bc of the mess with the car not getting detailed as scheduled). Thankfully, I had this in writing, so the current employees honored the offer. Everyone in the service department was friendly and broke down the details of the work done. The waiting area was nice too. I would definitely take my car to be serviced there again if it wasn't so far. They even created a personal service portal and uploaded the service records to the Honda Owners website.
